The other option would be to list all member x-refs per member (i.e., one link per member). I can see this as being problematic for oldies and trolls.

I know it's fun for Canuks to wind up Yanks but if there was a different default country (sayyy... Mongo) then it would be easier to tell which authors of really c**p articles haven't even bothered to fill in their profiles. No reason to blame the US for all of it!

We do try and set the country via a geolocation service initially but they are notoriously inaccurate. We also spotted a bug with this last week that we'll be fixing this week.

CP is almost unreadable in Linux with FF browser. See[^] this screenshot. I have tried other websites and it is showing the font correctly.

I must be missing something totally obvious here but unfortunately I'm not sure which bit is 'unreadable'. Is it the density of the bold font that's the issue?

I was talking about the font smoothness. I have installed Microsoft font pack for Linux and it looks OK now. Sorry for troubling you.

Hi All/Chris,
I've noticed that on upload, a tag such as is converted to style="float:removed". I believe this is correct HTML since it is coming out of Amaya. Would it be possible to convert it to align="right" if the style is deemed offensive?

This is done to ensure the layout of the page isn't messed up. If you want an image to appear on the right then wrapping it in a div with align=right will do the trick

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply.
For Sharepoint there is a section. But for Microsoft Dynamics product suite like MS CRM, Great Plains, Navision there is no section available.
Please add a section for that.
Thanks

Chris have you ever considered wrapping 'var pageTracker = _gat._getTracker("UA-1735123-1")';" with 'if null != _gat{'
Whenever I have been debugging javascript in ie and take a looksee at CP, I am told that, due to my particular set up I suppose, there ain't no such animal.

I changed my noise tolerance on page 3 of the lounge and was forwarded back to page one.

This is because the Set Option page isn't smart enough to work out if you're resetting just the messages per page (and whether this would require an adjustment of your page number), date filter or noise filter, and so takes the easy way out and starts over.

The CP Home page has have always the Article Category filter set to 'LAMP'.
1) Go to the 'Lounge'
2) Click 'Home' > Article Category is 'LAMP'
3) Change Article Category to 'All Topics'
4) Go to the 'Lounge'
5) Click 'Home' > Article Category is 'LAMP' instead of 'All Topics'

Hi Chris,
I have deleted all CP cookies, still the same issue.

|
|
|
|
Hi Chris,
I have found a way to change the default category:
1) go to the CodeProject home page
2) select the desired default category
3) go to the 'My Settings' page
4) click the button 'Save my Settings'
After restarting the browser, the last saved category will be restored.

This issue should now be fixed. Sorry about the hassle!
