I hope to get all comments about a topic when subscribing RSS. Now,it seems only the content of the topic is available. I believe this full feed is very helpful if someone want to know the progress of the thread he have posted. Though you may say the reminding email does the same thing I still insist this function will benefit us very much.
I hope this idea could be considered, thanks in advance.

Of course include Article RSS feeds, and I particularly focus on FORUMS boards related to this function. You know, viewpoint interchange is necessary amongst these boards. It is easy to catch up the latest progress for related participants.
Thanks for your attention.

I am facing a strange issue. Here is the steps to reproduce it
1 - Click on reply for any message.
2 - Select some text from the message and click "Quote Selected Text". The selected text appears in the editing area wrapped in <blockquote> tags.
3 - Paste any link into the editing area just down to this quoted text. You can see the link is not getting formatted and the block quote is getting encoded automatically.

This is similar to another problem Dan reported. I'm hoping to get time to deal with this one in the next couple of days.

Could we have a checkbox to remove the blogs from the latest article list?
(I appologise if there already is one - I did look!).

Working on that. We thought we'd done it for all listings and then realised we'd missed a bunch. Apologies for that.

So, last night, a load of my blog posts were picked up - but they weren't pulled through in their entirety. When I've been in and looked at them, they are all just partial extracts - see Fun with Fonts[^] for instance, and somebody has gone and voted them all 1 obviously thinking I've been taking the mick with the article submission wizard. Could we get the full blog text in so that people actually get to read the article?
Also - could I get the existing votes of 1 removed? It's hammered my average article rating, and I don't think this is entirely fair seeing I didn't post the articles like this.
"WPF has many lovers. It's a veritable porn star!" - Josh Smith As Braveheart once said, "You can take our freedom but you'll never take our Hobnobs!" - Martin Hughes.

We're seeing some inconsistencies (surprise!) between RSS feeds and are still working out the kinks. Sean and Thiru will be fixing things up today.

I can't praise Sean highly enough. He's a star - the speed he's fixed things is almost godlike.

This forum is being bolded to indicate new messages, but the "last visit" and "last week" views do not show any new messages. The former only shows the buglist, the latter a number of old messages.

Does the codeproject perform virus scanning on files uploaded to the site ? My anti-virus software (AVG) reported that a file in This[^] article contains a virus. Someone else already notified the author of a possible infection however, after downloading it again I see that my anti-virus still reports it as being infected. Specifically it is this link http://www.codeproject.com/KB/shell/OpenedFileFinder/OpenFileFinder_src_vc8.zip[^] and file within that archive is ListFileDrv.sys. Although I'm loath to ask anyone to download it to see if their anti-virus S.W. flags it as a virus, I'm wondering if there is anyway to verify that it is clean/safe or infected.
Cheers

Good question.
We are in the middle of upgrading our current virus scanning software but a big problem we've found is that some downloads (less than a dozen out of over 30,000 downloads) are being marked as containing viruses because virus and malware writers themselves have used some of the code here. We've been working with those authors to have them tweak their code (or just repackage) so that it no longer sets of virus alerts.
FWIW that particular download isn't being flagged by my virus checker.

I think it would be good to put a "Checked for viruses" banner or some message on the front page, since that info isn't displayed anywhere else.
