Do a Ctrl-f5 and the positioning will be fixed (if it isn't already - I added some cache-busting, but Chrome is very persistant with caching)
Also added .PDE

Positioning now fixed.
I can now see the .PDE files code, but the colourisation support doesn't appear to work?

On the plus:
think the new menu is much better.
On the not so good:
Don't like the location of the search, adds another line to the header. Can it not be placed on the menu bar to the left of the Lounge link? That way if someone narrows their browser it drops onto the second line same as the Lounge link does at present.
and to finish on a plus:
Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the feedback.
We don't have enough (consistent) room next to the lounge. We'll be reworking the search bar one more time to streamline it - but we need a couple more things in place first.

I for one think it is fine in the header; it used to be (almost) there on most pages anyway, I see no area loss at all. I hope it will be turned into a single search bar, and pages will no longer contain several search tools. I have more related suggestions if you want them.

Yes, it did *almost* exist there previously.
The old design had;
Yellow top bar
CP Logo and advert bar
Menu Bar
Main body content
Now we have;
Yellow top bar
Menu Bar
CP Logo and Advert
Search Bar
Main body content
which results in a block of dead orange real estate immediately below the advert......just doesn't look right to me, and make the page look very blocky, if you catch my drift.

I agree there is too much yellow/orange in the header now; however the header size hasn't really changed. See my response when Chris asked for initial feedback[^] a couple of days ago.

This must be happy hour: tickets are very cheap now.
Got "Error: Transaction (Process ID 112) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.. Ticket: . Server: Web20" while trying to reply to a message a few threads below.
Second attempt was successful.
Got "Error: SectionID. Ticket: 2435917. Server: Web20" in the Learning Zone (top 2 items, consistently).
Got tickets on each and every article I try to see. Both web20 and web19.

Yes - just had to run an upgraded stored procedure or 10 and while they were being uploaded things were a little awful.

Confirmed. Happy Hour is over. 3 minutes early.

We have gotten a very nice new feature in the articles section. However I managed to get it to work only once; ever since it is issuing tickets.

I spent the last week testing all this stuff and I knew that as soon as it was live the code would go feral on me
In any case - I've got nothing to do this afternoon except apply duct tape and some WD-40.
*rolls up sleeves*

They both tend to work very well. They are my main tools all day long, no problem whatsoever.

eyou talkign about the Browse Code tab? It's crapping on me too (Vista 60-whore and IE7)

Warning: DD seems contagious.
yes, that Browse Code tab, it is really great; I saw it working once today, but no more.

JSOP has been spending to much time reading 'Latest message from space' posts AND trying to decipher DD. its finally getting to him.

My typo problems are a combination of Codeproject's "Okay, you can type now" lag and this screwed up keyboard.
When I went back to check the browse code tab, I couldn't even look at my articles becase I got an error immediately. Just for fun, I did it like half a dozen times, just to generate tickets.

Back in working order.

I'm getting rather inconsistent CP pages layout-wise, a multitude of CTRL/F5 is in order.
