I was late to the party and missed this one
I'm not interested in using the exploit but it's good to know about them.

Good call, Chris.
I wasn't, now I am, then I won't be anymore.

Was it just me or CodeProject website was down for last 5 min... earlier I was unable to post answer and then the website itself was not opening!

We added a new server to the cluster - something we've done a million times before - and for some reason it caused the others to go nutso. It was removed, the others settled down.
Antisocial bunch...

Nothing happens when I click on the links on the following page:

I use Google Chrome if that changes anything.

Yes, I just gave you the link without the query parameter if you couldn't access my page =)
The "Download now" icon do not work for me. Nothing happens when I click on it. Same thing for "Edit item" and "Delete this item".

I think it is not allowed to vote less than three without a comment. But it happened to my article.
Till yesterday, I got only fives (not so many ). But today, somebody honoured it 2 without a reason/comment. The link of my article is
Client Templating with jQuery
Any inputs?

Yeah, you're not supposed to be allowed to, but ever since the tips/tricks stuff was introduced, the reliability of the rest of the site seems to have degraded.

Yes I feel also. But it must be taken care of.

I believe that happens when someone changes his vote. I guess one of the 5 voters decided to retract his 5 and replace it with a 2.
It's inevitable that you'll eventually get a non-5 vote these days. So don't worry too much about this, as it happens to nearly all articles that end up in the top-rated list

I didn't know that. Thanks for sharing.

It's becoming the trend

Yeah and if you don't get at least one non-5 vote after 20 odd votes, then there's something fishy going on
|

Well there was that one author who got, what was it, 100 5-votes in a row? Though, with that post in the Lounge asking for 5-votes, something fishy was indeed going on.

Nish has pointed out this long standing issue.
When a member votes and a message is posted along with the vote, the member can edit the message to remove the "My vote of...".
I'm going to make a change that disallows this and have removed the message that had been doctored.

I've made a change so that changing your subject line on a message posted via a vote is no longer possible.

I'm getting Error Status 12152 .
This is the question:
http://www.codeproject.com/Questions/130491/how-shall-i-check-the-letter-is-a-to-z-or-A-to-Z.aspx[^]
EDIT -------
It seems to have taken part of my answer, but now the browser crashes when I try to post it, and that's on two different systems (both using IE7)
EDIT ---------
It seems to be working now.

Do you still have the problems?
I see your posted answer in IE8 (compatibility mode). It is all good and even have already rating there
