Thanks for looking into it, it's kind of what I expected. Still a mystery though.

Follow up: It turns out there was a cookie from CP being stored by Safari, even though it wouldn't remember my login. I deleted that cookie, restarted my browser, then tried it. Now it works.
Not having any idea how cookies work, this surprised me. *shrug*

I'm glad you got it sorted. Just out of curiosity: could it be that you logged on with Safari many moons ago, then hadn't used it for a long time, then only just recently used it again?

Can we get a "Why I voted 1" feature in Q/A? Some of my answers are being voted 1 by a platinum Authority user, and if I knew why, maybe I could fix them (if they're indeed wrong).

Nice suggestion. Infact I have been asking Chris to make comments mandatory for downvotes.

We specifically decided against doing this to remove clutter.
I have hypothetical: If QA was in for the form of the discussion forums, with the question being the thread root, and answers being the replies to the root, and comments being replies to the answer messages, would you want to see "My vote of 1" messages in the thread?
(this isn't a facetious question. It's core)

It would seen as a comment. The way it is now, we have no way of addressing the down vote because we don't know why it was voted that way.

So, if we were in a forum situation and we had "My vote of X" messages in the forums as replied to questions and answers, would that bother you? Would it add unnecessary junk?
Going back to your original question: adding the "my vote of..." for QA is straightforward but needs more hours in the day, and I really want to ensure it ads value.

At first blush, no, I don't think it would be unnecessary junk. Maybe the question should be put to those who answer a lot of questions in the forums.
I completely understand the time-available thing, and you probably have more important things to do (like adding the new button I suggested today ).

When hovering over the 'stars' for a question / answer you get the breakdown in a popup window.
In this popup window there is a '?' with a link to the explanation of the calculation.
However if you haven't voted it is impossible to click on this link since as soon as the mouse goes off the stars the popup disappears and because of the white space between the stars and the popup you never get to enter the popup before it is gone.
Once you'v voted you can click on the link. But then there seems to be something wrong with the arrow on top the box.
The right side border is double and the left side border is gone (of the arrow).
I have a screen if you want it.

When comparing code revisions on a page, it would be nice to be able to go to the default (select) view again without having to change tabs first (i.e., click on Article or Browse Code).
Thanks!

I don't see anything wrong with that.
Votes are weighed the points you see in your rep history doesn't equal the vote.
6 points just means this was a 5vote of a lower reputation member.

Oops. You right. I was confused with 5 & 6.

I have found a bug this morning with the way the filter is working on the Who's Who, and it's repeatable.
The bug occurs if you apply a filter that returns a number of pages, e.g. 6 and you move to Page 6 and change the filter which returns fewer than 6 pages of results.
For example;
Go to Who's Who Entry from main menu bar
Search for 'Cash'
Move to the last page
Change filter to 'Direct'
No results are returned
Go back to Who's Who Entry from main menu bar
Search for 'Cash'
Remain for 1st page
Change filter to 'Direct'
This time results returned.
Now I would expect the first part should still return results, but it looks like if you are on a page that exceeds the number of results returned then this fails....
