Maybe it's just under Tips? Articles seem OK.

Try:
string s = "12345678";
string toAlpha = s.Substring(0, 4);
string toDigit = s.Substring(4);
StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder(8);
foreach (char c in toAlpha)
{
sb.Append((char)('A' + (c - '0')));
}
sb.Append(toDigit);
string output = sb.ToString();

I just checked a couple of my tips and they still show the same. IE8, and I did a Ctrl-F5 refresh as well.

My apologies. I answered a couple of other related bugs to this one with "fixed, and will upload the code this morning" but didn't add the "will upload..." bit to my quick reply here.
Soon.

Hi Chris, I think you know why I am saying this. Yes, it's long time that the blog posts were not fetched and your servers need a pull once again. Not only my posts, but there are some other people too whose posts were not fetched for some time.

|
|
|
|
Yep, mine too. I have posted a blogpost on yesterday.

It's pulling blogs. I see 2 in the pending queue from 5 minutes ago.

Yes, the post is finally up in the site. Looks like after the site downtime today, it fetched the blog post.

While I am used to it by now, I've found that every day several users new to the Q&A section don't grasp or properly use the right 'action links': they post a new solution instead of improving their question using the Improve question link in bold green at the lower right of the question, or instead of replying to a solution using the Have a question or Comment link in blue, inside a yellow button-like box at the lower left of the solution, or instead of replying to a comment using the Reply link which is almost invisible (unless you mouseover) at the top right of the comment.
I suppose that some people just don't put enough thought into what link to use, but I feel that this totally inconsistent style of interacting with a question or other elements on a Q&A page adds a lot to the confusion! Apart from that, it looks like three web developers from four independent teams had at least five different opinions on how to implement ways to best confound new users.
To improve matters, my suggestions are:
1. Use labels that indicate the actual action in a more direct way, rather than pose a question, e. g. 'Reply' rather than 'Have a question or comment?'. And use these labels consistently.
2. Consistently use the same color and style for links used to edit or reply to a question, solution, or reply. Preferably one that is actually visible and recognizable as an element that is supposed to be interacted with, without having to mouseover. Personally, I find button-like frames (desktop application style), and blue-colored text (hyperlink style)to be most intuitive.
3. Put them all at the same relative position, e. g. at the bottom left of the element to be interacted with.

It would be very helpfull if we can provide option to draw a table ? so that member can draw a table and represent the answer they want . Just like final table result for query related to database

|
|
|
|
You could always hand code the table, until such a feature is/(if ever) introduced;

Thanks , I know it. But it will in the option then it would be better to design. Is it ?

It doesn't matter who deleted the question. Having looked at your history, I can see that you have posted the same question already. It looks as though whoever deleted it, removed it so that there wasn't a duplicate question which is against the rules of the site.
