There's also the "My messages" page that can be of help.

I didn't see that!

I have been getting the Daily News for years to my email. At the top of the email is the "View on-line at" and a link to the Web version of the page. Because of the email package I use and my usage patterns of leaving them for a day or two, I ALWAYS click on the link and not bother with the rest of the email.
Recently; today for example, I received the email:
Subjet: Re: CodeProject | Daily News - It's an OOP world... is it? ...still?
and there is no link anywhere on the page for viewing on-line.
Is this a bug, feature or ???

Someone posted the exact same thing 5 posts below. They are implementing a new newsletter thingammyjig, and that feature won't be available for a while.

I would like either one point added to, or one point subtracted from my Editor Points.
I currently have an odd number, and as there are 2 points awarded for an edit, it means I can never get to a nice round number.

If you stop looking at your points, your pain goes away. It's a simple solution, and will free you from so much mockery.

It is simply the knowing that it is wrong that is annoying.
Like when I watch TV and the volume is at 19, that annoys me.
15 is ok, 20, 25, 30... they are all ok, but if it is 31 that is wrong.

Too funny. I do the same thing...

That happens with me too. Do they have a medical term to describe this disorder? I'm afraid it's not OCD.

Obsessive–compulsive personality disorder[^] sounds like it - or "being an anal-retentive" - which is what led me there.

Brilliant, now I'm annoyed by the fact that you have an "impossible" score, and I don't have the comfort of having asparagusness .
Why is even "better" than odd, just out of interest?

Being is that you are an accountant, does it bother you if you have to write out a dollar amount for $35.17 or do you just round up?
...yes, I know you don't go by dollars but by British pounds.

When I go to a restaurant, I always vary my tip amount so that I have an even total value.
I wasn't, now I am, then I won't be anymore.

if the bill is over 30 bucks and the service was descent or better, then I leave 2 dollars for every 10 dollars...rounding up on the bill.
edit - anything under I leave 15% of bill total. Weird way of doing it, I know.

Well you certainly can get an odd amount of points:
Edit Article A member receives points for editing an article - changing at least 10% of the content. 25 ∞ 500
Edit Question/Answer A member receives points for editing a question (under Quick Answers). 2 50 ∞ 500
Edit Technical Blog A member receives points for editing a Technical Blog Article - changing at least 10% of the content. 2 25 ∞ 500
Edit Tip/Trick A member receives points for editing a tip/trick - changing at least 10% of the content. 2 25 ∞ 500
Edit video article A member receives points for editing a video article ^__b style="color:red;">5 25 ∞ 500
And just in case you were wondering where this titbit of information came from looky here[^].
That is only if you consider 5 and odd number, I personally find 5 a number that quite alright.

He didn't mention anything about odd numbers, just round ones. So I suspect 3 is better than 4, but 0 would be perfect. In other words he wants his score to be reset to 0 (or maybe 00, for double pleasure )

I rushed into the office and have everyone on high alert with regards to this issue.
Can you please confirm that the issue is resolved and I can stand down the SWAT Hamster team? They're getting edgy.

I do not edit articles.
I do not consider myself knowledgeable enough to take on that responsibility.
I presumed it was an old error from when the points changes occurred a couple of years ago.
