Using IE9:
It's not showing the editor div for the article body. It shows everything else.
".45 ACP - because shooting twice is just silly" - JSOP, 2010
- You can never have too much ammo - unless you're swimming, or on fire. - JSOP, 2010

I've tested it on 2 systems with IE 9 (albeit under emulation - I don't have IE9 installed, and nor should you, but I'm assuming it's a corp / OS issue) and I can't replicate the issue.

You're right - the DoD still uses IE9 (what a bunch o' maroons). I could even be the victim of group olicy settings which seem to change every couple of days.
I was trying to post a Tip, but I sent the code home anbd I'll post it from there.

I haven't been getting the Insider mailings the past couple of weeks. I've tried updating my settings and re-subscribing. I've also verified that it's not getting moved to my junk/spam/deleted folder. I've been getting by by changing the mlid in the query string on a previous Insider mailing until I find the current one. Please help me get back Inside.

That's the first place I looked and I went through all the steps over the past couple of weeks.

Hmm. We have sent a test email from the mailsender itself, and it says it went through OK. Did you receive it?
Thanks,

No I didn't get one. I did try changing my email to a different account then changed it back and I received the confirmation email but nothing else seems to be coming through.

That's very unusual. But if the server said we sent it and it was received ... I'm not sure what else to try.
Thanks,

Click on "My Settings" below your name at top right, and scroll down to the checkbox on the right marked "Close my account"; you can then close it yourself.
|
|
|
|
|
Go to your account's settings ("My Settings") and on the right side (beneath the area where you can choose your image) you will find "Close my account" CheckBox, press it.

Don't know how long it's been like this but I guess it has something to do with earlier bugs.
Underneath every forum there is a line with:
Last Visit: 27-Apr-15 14:44 Last Update: 27-Apr-15 10:36 Refresh 'page numbers Next »
There is a horizontal line above that but it only starts at the 'Refresh' word.
Looks kind of weird and don't think this is intended behavior.
Looking at the source code it has something to do with this css block (the border-top one):
.forum .navbar td {
font-size: 12px;
padding: 5px;
border: 0;
border-top: 1px solid gray;
}
But that's as far as my css / frontend programming knowledge goes
In no way as important as those other bugs, but it does bug me a little

Thank you.
For some reason it really bugged me, I'm blaming my weirdness

I suspect it was due to the display:inherit on the .desktop-only class. That rule makes the <td> inherit display:table-row from the parent <tr> , instead of the required display:table-cell setting.

Well, obviously your CSS skills are far better than mine, don't think I would have found that one.

The dev tools threw me for a while - the most specific rule said the top border was 1px, but the computed style said 0px. It was only when I disabled all three "display" rules and the border appeared that I noticed the computed display value.

See this answer: Full file path in dll[^]
__FILE__ became FILE...but I do not want that...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

Works OK if you escape the leading underscores
\__FILE\__
produces
__FILE__
