Hi there! I'm trying to change my avatar, but still there's a problem. After I upload new avatar and click save - I get 404 http://screencast.com/t/J1OfldxA
Nice but I want a new avatar)

I have been continuously logged in for months, if not years, and recently started being blocked from upvoting with the complaint 'You need a verified email address'. What is going on?

We only allow voting from confirmed email addresses (helps limit abuse). I've had a "confirm your email" email sent to your address. Just click the link and you'll be good to go.

Not quite a bug, unless it is.
I found this under my own post[^] in QA

Not sure how to read that, but that's either a very long time ago (in a galaxy far away?) or very accurate (apart from the minutes/seconds/milliseconds...)!

Yep - we're in the middle of a badly timed update that couldn't wait. The final bits will fix this.
Gimme a few mins!

No pun intended, I presume.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

Actually I'd been waiting all year to use that pun.

This might be off-topic, but I would just like to say how much I appreciate the friendly, helpful attitude I find amongst (almost) all the contributors here on Code Project.
Despite being a professional software developer, I have just been banned from a competing website (whose name is a common runtime error when using recursion). My crime was that the quality of my contributions was too low. I have always tried to solve my problems myself before posting, have always used good English, and am always polite and courteous towards other members. Out of all my posts, only a couple have been voted down. And now I am banned from posting. With no time limit and no idea how to correct my account.
I actually suspect that the real reason I was banned was because I once asked if I was the only member who felt the site was becoming a very unfriendly place.
Anyway, well done Code Project. Please keep up the great work everyone.
Kind wishes ~ Patrick
Thank you to anyone taking the time to read my posts.

This is the right place. The CP team often doesn't get the praise they deserve, so every little message helps!
And to the CP team, Keep It Up! You guys are AWESOME!

Sometimes I like to respond in "outline" format on QA, as in this answer here: [^].
But, as you can see, the CP editor mangles my "outline headers."
Is there a way to either over-ride that behavior, or is there some format which is "safe" to use ... perhaps, like:
A
a1
a2
B
b1
b2
b2a
b2b
...
Yeah, I never recovered from using the More Outliner (and David Dunham's 'Acta for the Mac) from way back when outlining was a BFD.

I heard someone call Markdown 'Faaaaaaarkdown' at the library yesterday.
Kinda gets the point across, doesn't it?
And no, it wasn't MM, although this guy looks like he is from Australia, due to his accent and use of Aussie Slang (confusing everyone else around him).
