I've just tried Chrome 58 on an A3, and the reply button shows up when I click on any message in the Insider News forum.
Do you have an ad-blocker installed? That sometimes causes problems.

Hello,
If one clicks on tag node.js it leads to an error page.

Not that it happens so much but I have already seen two or three times users asking why the account was closed(i.e. here[^])
I think it could help adding the missing option of "plagiarism" to the current "abuse/troll" and "spam" to report accounts.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?

How would that improve things? Plagiarism is a form of abuse ... what does adding another reporting option do to help?
All we will get is more "I didn't plagiarise - I just copied it"
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Some accounts would not be needed to come back and ask what was their abuse

People who plagiarise don't care: they don't see copy'n'paste as a problem, more a way of life. They are still going to come back and say "I didn't plagiarise, I just copy'n'pasted it" - we've had a few of those!

I know... but at least you safe a bit time explaining what the "abuse" is and get through directly to the "I didn't plagiarize"
But yes... I see your point. And I have no problem with the actual system keeped as it is

While responding to a comment, the comment is shown [edit]usually quite often under some special - until now unknown circumstances
[/Edit] at the wrong place after posting.
After refreshing, everything is ok.
If one knows this, it is ok, but for new members this can look really misleading
Not keen on get more comments on it.

You mean a comment posted to a question or answer in quick answers, or a message posted in a forum or at the end of an article?
You say 'usually' but I can honesty say it's never happened we to me so it's a tough one for us to debug. We'll certainly keep our eyes open. Next time it happens would it be possible for you to send s screenshot and a link for the comment to me?
cheers

Nothing wrong in that question. Apart from someone posting a silly comment and then deleting it.

I think you do not get the Point.
1.) There was a comment allready to the question
2.) I post my comment to the question and it apears first as an reply to the existing comment.
3.) After Refresh, my comment appears in the right place.
Finally: Please stop to massacre me!
And very sorry that I can't express me in English so fluent like you, I Underdog

3. That comment was definitely posted to my answer, I even got the email about it. And refreshing the page does not change anything. I also just posted a comment to the question, and a few others today, and they all got posted in the correct places.

Of course your page (refreshed or not) has not any relaytion to my page....

I just clicked on the link you provided. Sorry if it did not demonstrate the problem.

Excellent! Thank you.
Quick question. How much time was there between you loading the page initially and you posting that message? Was it over 11 mins?
cheers

Sorry can't tell that definitelly. [Edit]But I think it was much less than 11 mins[/Edit]
History of my screenshots:
2.Exising comments to the question, not modified from me 21:22:59
3.While Replying to Afzaal 21:23:20
4.After Pressing "Submit button" for my reply under work 21:24:00
5.After Page Refresh 21:24:34
// Took screenshow afterwards
1.The original question 21:25:24
I try to find another example. For me it Looks like there has to be a Q with two comments (maybe better three). Replying to the first comment seems to make this turbulences.
Again: It is not crtitical, more surprising in case you expirience it first time and try to react in a way "oh sh*t replyed to wrong member, delete it, rewrite it...." until you recognize it's only a small refresshing Thing...

This looks weird: If I navigate to a user Rajendra@Bablu - Professional Profile the profile page opens but if I click the name link (at rajendra) it brings someone else's profile.
I'm also a little worried, how many reports the latter user has been receiving because of the first one being reported.

The queue looked like this: [^]
Or with details this: [^]
No sign of who, where, or the bulk of the message! Presumably, it's a HTML thing, but I can't tell what is going on so rejected it to be on the safe side.
