He has the most points because is one of the most active users in the site and helps both the users and the site.
And yes... I suppose your comment was more ironic than serious.

The points, per se, don't matter. The up and down votes, If done in a non-surreptitious manner, do say something about the post. Whether 3 points or 24 isn't the value - just the direction.
Now, with that said, and my chances of overtaking your point-count made just a little more difficult by this, the basic "don't encourage them" conventional wisdom would apply. However, as it is no different in the least from trolling the site - is the conventional wisdom. What I'm hoping is that it can be, via some brilliant algorithm, be treated like the SPAM it is. In this case, requiring hindsight as it's only spam-like in the aggregate. Spammers and such are nipped in the bud (I'd nip them a bit lower and use metal cutting sheers) - and I'm in a way fishing for the powers-that-be to consider it. Perhaps it's not worth the effort.
As noted by someone else, earlier, it's via a non-new member - adding an additional layer of considerations as to how it ought be handled. However, if no one says anything it's quite possible nothing will get done even at the consideration if it's worth the effort level.
Otherwise? I'm likely to live through this trauma and won't change my posting habits a bit.

After all the past problems, lately the rep history has been acting like a charm. Always up-to-date and very fast refresh. Good job!

You must have hit the time while I was redeploying all the scripts and stored procedures to set QuotedIdenitiers on so I can use Filtered Indexes.
It seems to be working fine now.

BTW,
You should write an FAQ or Tip on how to author a good bug report. You always provide enough information for me to quickly find the problem. To many times I see "It's broke", with no indication of what It is, or what the expected or failed behaviour is.
Thanks again.

It's a good idea, but ... judging by QA who would read it?

We could make it sticky at the top of Bus&Suggs, and I could link to it in response to the worst of the reports.
But as you say, "... who would read it" π

Were they 25 reports on 25 unique items or were there repeated items?

Pretty sure they were 25 unique items. If you report an item twice, I think the second report is ignored.
This also happened 2 days in a row. The first day, I figured it was my mistake. The second day...

In this message[^] @Sandeep-Mewara summoned @Sean-Ewington but the result was a bit confusing and not consistent with what it is supposed to be.
In my messages the summoning looks
<a href="https://www.codeproject.com/Members/sean-ewington">@Sean-Ewington</a> and it ends with the full nick being a link being a link to the profile (where you usually find the summon-nickname in the upper left corner below the screen-nickname - Professional Profile).
But in the above linked message by Sandeep, the summon to Sean was done with Markup
[@Sean](https://www.codeproject.com/Members/sean-ewington) what ended with the word "Sean" pointing to our beloved CP Editor.
but "Sean" already is used in another profile as a summon name, if I just write down "@ + Sean", I get
<a href="https://www.codeproject.com/Members/Sean">@sean</a>
When I asked Sandeep, he told: Quote: Copy pasted link and it converted to whatever default.
This differences can be confusing and end with users summoning wrong people just because they saw it like that in other messages.

Look What I Found !
One of the, the Q&A Poster, even got back to me with his happiness. I guess it was someone else?
Somebody doesn't love me anymore.
Update 2020.09.17: Did three more Q&A and got hit three more times. Is there any record of this? I work at a financial institution - every user-accessed record is ID and timestamped; modifications are serialized - "we know who you are and we saw what you did" is sort of required. Any luck, here, for determining which darling so wants my attention?
