please clear your scenario more to me

according to me ..

If you export functions from C++ DLL then you can use DLLImport attribute in C#....

Else
you can add interface to C++ DLL making functions from DLL in interface to implement , and using TLBIMP.exe to import its type library in you C# project ....

Is that clear to you ??
