How can i bring my alert box infront of all other windows?

In my application when i close a window , an alert box will pop up. But it is appearing below all the other opened windows. I tried Window.Focus() method but it is not working.Is there any other alternative that i can try?

I don't think you can — for a good reason. The alert box is supposed to pop up over the Web browser window and nothing else. Another behavior would be confusing. Please understand the for the Web application, the "operating system" is just one browser window. This is the whole scope of the application. Other windows do not exist. If you hide your browser window behind other windows — consider you switch off you Web application; it should remain hidden.
