i have a asp.net project. I need to upload the attendance in Attendance.xls file to MS SQL Server 2005 Database [PayRoll].[dob].[Attendance]. is it possible to port data from XLS file to MS SQL Server DataBase?

DataBase format
[PayRoll].[dob].[Attendance]
[Attendance ID],[Employee ID],[Attendance Date],[InTime],[outTime]
