in update function add
OrientationChanging Event in stage.addEventListner.

stage.addEventListener(StageOrientationEvent.ORIENTATION_CHANGING,adjust);
}
protected function adjust(event:StageOrientationEvent):void
{
switch(event.afterOrientation)

case StageOrientation.DEFAULT:
break;
case StageOrienatation.ROTATED_LEFT:
break;
case StageOrienatation.ROTATED_RIGHT:
break;
}
}
