You can't.
jQuery runs on the client. Script running on the client has
extremely limited access to the client's file system[
^], so you can't use it to "upload" a file to a random folder on the client.
If you want to upload a file to a folder
on the server, then you'll need some sort of server-side code to receive the file, verify that it's OK, and then save it to the relevant folder. That's going to be using a server-side language, NOT jQuery.
Either way, you've not told us what you're actually trying to do, nor explained what you have tried and where you are stuck. Nobody can help you fix code that we can't see to do something that you haven't explained!
