My fyp is AR Based Virtual Fitting Room using kinect v2. We had 3 months to make mvp and june is going to end but we are still unable to initiate our project. Can you guide how should we start implementation?
Looking forward to your response.

What I have tried:

We have developed UI and proposed methodology but are now stuck what to do.

You can't even explain what the terms "fyp" and "mvp" mean in this context? I have no idea what you are talking about.

"FYP":"Final Year Project"
Homework on steroids. :D

So, let me see if I got this right ... you had a three month project which is ending soon and you haven't written any code, or given us any idea what the UI, methodology, framework, or even language might be and you expect us to give you information on how to start coding the app?

We can't give you any specific help, we just don't have anywhere near enough information - and if you've been working solidly on it for the best part of three months then you have a lot more work done than we have time to read!

So all we can tell you is start here: How to Write Code to Solve a Problem, A Beginner's Guide[^]

Given that you don't appear to have written anything Kinect related yet, you're going to have to do the following:
  1. Inform your client that you are going to miss the deadline for the MVP. If the rest of your work is solic, they might grant you an extension, but you really have to be sure when you are going to be delivering to this. You get one chance to come clean, and one chance only.
  2. Download the Kinect SDK here[^].
  3. Take the time to work your way through the Kinect documentation and user guides linked to here[^].
No one is going to be able to help you deliver a fully working, tested, Kinect MVP in two days. Hopefully you have learned a valuable lesson; if you take on a task, be realistic about when you can deliver it and make sure you have the resources available to do this (people and software).
