I just want to know the sequence of these files, which one to build first. Also tell me about some of the files that are not going to be loaded. What about that error?

Try looking for Open Source projects that work with DICOM - not saying you'll necessarily find exactly what you need or even in the language you want it in, but sometimes one can get lucky :cool: SourceForge can be your friend (without spending big $ to see how it is done).

Solution 1

Your question makes no sense. You cannot read a DICOM without writing a ton of code, or buying a library. The Atalasoft library has excellent support for viewing a DICOM and its tags, and the MyDICOM library is great for PACS and so on. Expect to spend about $10k to get all you need.
