Telefusion DMS Agent V3

Have anyone used Telefusion DMS Agent V3.

I currently is using version 2.5.1 and my mobile phone model is not listed in the Agent section.

My Phone is Motorolla ROKR E8. I can see most of the Nokia, Motorolla Samsung and lots more but not my phone.

Is theres any alternate mechanism which works with my phone without upgrading to V3.

Any help could be great.

Hi Rav,

I could install Telefusion Agent on my MotoRokr E8, as you suggested E6 worked great on my phone.

At this point I am facing another problem, When I am sending data from my bluetooth device (another phone), the file ends up on the received files folder and I cannot send it to the server from there.

Is there anything I am missing or Telefusion DMS agent is not working well on E8 as its not supported?

Most probably the telefusion agent is not turned on and/or is not started before you send the data over bluetooth.

This could also happen if the pairing of the bluetooth device is not done from withing the agent application.

You are correct that version 2.5.1 does not support Motorolla MOTO ROKR E8, but you can definitely try installing it on to your phone and test.

As a very similar phone E6 is supported most likely it will work on your phone and is worth a try.

One more thing you might have problem downloading from the .JAD file as you phone is not supported in 2.5.x, you can also try using the jar file directly.
