Moving a Picture on a window

Hi,every body
i put a picture in the window, i want that user can change the place of this picture and every time that change it's place , the new position of this picture show in this window .
can anyone help?

Solution 1

Use the Animation, create a Storyboard and assign the custom time frame. Hope this may solve you problem.
