If your making a program that has constant communication between computers... Would you find a box and turn it into a server and write a server/client program?... or would you Pay for a domain and "run" all data in the exe thru and from with http?
*** Edit: Constant Communication NOT being chatting, but rather data sharing ***

Depends upon the network location,if computers are in same room building sockets are better idea!!
but if one computer is in delhi ,another in sydney or LA then HTTP will be much better idea!!

Hello, is it possible to know which application has installed which hook ?

How about a call to SetWindowsHookEx(WH_DEBUG, ...) ?

The point is not here. Excuse me my english is not very good. Ok let me try to explain what i mean. Lets say that N applications have installed N hooks.
Is there a way to have another application distinct from the other N and that is not correlated with them, and that is able to list the N applications that installed the hooks ?
For example, lets say that i download a keylogger and start it. Is there a way to have an anti-keylogger that will immediately say "Keylogger XXX has been detected, process id=12345, filename=SomeFileName" ?

Yes, using the function I indicated (some things you have to dig for). Here is a rough draft:
SetWindowsHookEx(WH_DEBUG, DebugProc, ...);
LRESULT CALLBACK DebugProc(int, WPARAM, LPARAM lParam)
{
LPDEBUGHOOKINFO pHookInfo = (LPDEBUGHOOKINFO) lParam;
DWORD dwThreadId = pHookInfo->idThread;
}

Wine[^] exists already (long before April 1st). More interesting is that Gentoo Linux announced today GeNToo, port of Gentoo to Windows NT kernel[^]
That the great piece of information, thanks

Then I guess that only leaves a complete port of the .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET instead

You need to mention the two parameters(STARTUPINFO & PROCESS_INFORMATION) and initialize it. Then the path of the the ".exe" file should be specified with "\\" instead of "\". If u use "\" the compiler will understand that as a escape sequence.
STARTUPINFO sinfo;
PROCESS_INFORMATION pinfo;
ZeroMemory( &sinfo, sizeof(sinfo) );
sinfo.cb = sizeof(sinfo);
ZeroMemory( &pinfo, sizeof(pinfo) );
BOOL b = CreateProcess("C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Visual Studio\\Common\\MSDev98\\Bin\\msdev.exe",NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,NULL,&sinfo,&pinfo);
int error = GetLastError();
try this and let me know, if u have any problem.

Do u want to attach DEBUGGER with the launched Process, if yes you also have to use WaitForDebugEvent function with it.
if NO, here is small piece of code:-
STARTUPINFO si;
PROCESS_INFORMATION pi;
ZeroMemory( &si, sizeof(si) );
si.cb = sizeof(si);
ZeroMemory( &pi, sizeof(pi) );
if( !CreateProcess( NULL,
"c:\\windows\\notepad.exe",
NULL,
NULL,
FALSE,
0,
NULL,
NULL,
&si,
&pi )
)
{
MessageBox( "CreateProcess failed." );
}
Don't ask me from where i get this code :->
