Come on Chris, you've been here for god knows how long now and you still don't know the average member has a custom web spider that trolls every page on CP for anything that has changed since the last check (usually every two minutes or so) and pages the information straight to their cell phone, whilst automatically loading the page on their laptop so by the time they have received the message they are all ready to go.
Let the truth be told, I think it was Isaac that told me he had seen the new forum, and so I hoped over and posted my short message whilst he was no doubt typing out a masterpiece of cunning and wit. Let even more truth be known that I was crossing my fingers after I posted the message to check it was first...

Another thing I thinkg Chris learnt a long time ago is not to respond to each individual comment made to him. What can we expect when the poor guy gets thousands of times more e-mail daily then I get in a week.

Some fun stats for you: Last Monday when I finally got the hotel net connection up (after being offline for 3 days) I had 2,579 emails arrive. The next day saw another 777 (nice number) arrive. Overnight last night around 280 emails came in.
That's a lotta emails
And for the record, it was Bryce Burrows who finally tweaked me to add this forum

Chris, how do you manage it? I think we humble members often forget that there is a lot of effort required to keep this place going. We should designate a new international holiday - Maunder day. We could all send you gifts and (if we are local) buy you beers.
Still, keep us up-to-date with those comical "I wrote my program but it wont compile - help me now" messages you get!
