You don't! C# isn't a class, but a language.
Perhaps a more detailed explanation of the problem would help?

Create a COM component, then you can use it from an Excel macro.

Thank you
And How can I create a Com component in C#?

There are a *lot* of tutorials about this on the web, search Google and MSDN and you'll find it. Probably you'll even find some sample that makes Excel communicate with a C# component.

PLzz give me quick response bc i am making project on operating system i choose java or C# for making the simulation of operating system and i want to make my project on linux
rana......linux

You might have easier to find tools for java on the linux platform, as C# is more of a Microsoft product.
Other than that it's more a question of taste. Personally, I like C# better, but I bet you don't have to look for long to find someone with the opposite opinion.

Is it possible to write to an embedded XML file. If so. How to do this?

Write??? Forget it...

I mean that the .exe or .dll file is already open when the code is running, so you cannot write to it. Sometimes you cannot even read it.
However, it is not allowed to write to the exe files for a security matter.

i need help..
in the code below, i'm saving the changes done to the data. if any exceptions, then i'm trapping them and getting them all in an arraylist, so errArray has all the data.Then i check if the <i>error</i> flag is true, and show the error message i.e. <i>errData.ErrorStr</i> for that particular data.
CodeData[] errArray;
errList = new ArrayList();
errArray = dataRemoteObj.UpdateCode(chkArray);
for( int i = 0; i < errArray.Length; i++ )
errList.Add(errArray[i]);
for(int i = 0; i < errList.Count; i++)
{
//Shows error message.
CodeData errData = new CodeData();
errData = (CodeData)errList[i];
if(errData.Error)
{ MessageBox.Show(Convert.ToString(errData.ErrorStr));
}
}
////////
What i want is, to show just one message box with all the error messages ...
cld any one just tell me how to do...it has to be string concat..but cant figure out how to do..

|
|
|
|
CodeData errData;
string msg = "";
for(int i = 0; i < errList.Count; i++)
{
errData = (CodeData) errList[i];
if (errData.Error)
msg = msg + Convert.ToString(errData.ErrorStr) + "\n";
}
if (msg != "")
MessageBox.Show(msg);
