when I drop html which select in IE to my textbox in winform .I use code below to hanlder the event and data.

but the html has unicode characters,so use the code ,I get some reuslt html in textbox is:

some chinese characters mix "<" to "?".
who can help me?what can I do.thx...

Why are you not assigning like this textBox1.Text = (string)obj;
Why are you putting extra efforts to get a character and then a byte array?

Hi guys. I've hit a wall I have two questions:
1. How do I send a value from my C# application to a webpage on the internet? For example: I write my username, password in my application -> click a button and it opens the login webpage and automatically puts the value of login and password on that webpage -> or better yet logs in automatically too, so I don't have to press the button on the website. Basically I want to be able to pass values to textfields from my application C#, to a textfield of a webpage on a remote server (somewhere on the internet).
2. I get realtime stock quotes from my ameritrade service as Java applet. How can I pass those streaming quotes in real-time to my C# program. I know it can be done I just don't know how? I'm new to C#.
Your help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm having a table in oracle 9i DB. One of the column(VARCHAR) in this table is stored with unicode string (chinese/japanese characters) .
Problem is if I take a backup of this table using the adodb.recordset.save("file") to file and lattter when adodb.recordset.open("saved file") the chinese character is lost in between any idea why this is hapenning ?

Hello,
Please have a look at Sn.exe tool in MSDN. You can import a key pair to a file using the following command at VS 2003 Command prompt.
sn.exe -k [filename].snk

AFAIK, we can not have breakpoints in release mode. Release mode does not have debug information database (pdb).

Hi all,
i have created a small editor on a Japanese XP machine
when i try to set the font of the selected text in the Richtextbox using the Selectionfont property only MS gothic and MS Mincho fonts work
other fonts such as the Batang, Gulium etc. do not affect the text.
is it a bug or something for japanese language or Japanese XP

How can I "gracefully" and rapidly convert a byte array to a double array.
The crap shack solution I came up with was to iterate through the byte array in a for loop and individually cast each byte array item into a double.
Any better ideas?

Your solution's not bad, but the Array class provides methods to handle this for you. Try the following, and see if it helps.
byte[] barray = { 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 };<br />
double[] darray;<br />
<br />
darray = new double[barray.Length];<br />
barray.CopyTo(darray, 0);<br />
<br />
darray = Array.ConvertAll<byte, double>(barray, delegate(byte b) { return (double)b; });

Does anybody know where there is email server software that is similar in functionality as Microsoft Exchange Server, which works with Windows 2003 Server and is available as a demo and works as an SDK with VS.NET 2003? As an example of an email server, one upon which hotmail is built, but not so far out as in the realm of Unix, Linux etc. Would appreciate any ideas and suggestions.

hi, I went to msdn and found some help, which told me to create the following lines of code:
ButtonArray MyControlArray;<br />
MyControlArray = new ButtonArray(this);<br />
MyControlArray.AddNewButton();
Well seeing how the "ButtonArray" thing doesn't exist, I can't really do anything with this. How do I go about creating control collections in visual studio 2005 (programatically with ability to create an indefinite number of controls and remove them)? I will actually be applying this when creating my own control, I simply am having trouble programatically creating instances of a control that I don't know how many of it I will need. Hilf mir! You might do something like this:
List<Button> buttons = new List<Button>();<br />
buttons.Add(new Button(...));<br />
...
To access the buttons you might do:
foreach(Button b in buttons) { ... }
or use any functions List<> provides

Well, you *could* add your collection to System.Collections by simply defining your class in the System.Collections namespace:
namespace System.Collections
{
public MyClass
{
...
}
}
That said, I really don't recommend doing this. Do you really want other developers to think your library is part of the System.Collections namespace? That leads developers to believe that your class is part of the .NET framework class library. Also, your class will only appear to other developers (and other projects) if they explicitly add a reference to your dll.
I recommend doing company-specific or developer-specific namespaces:
Microsoft.DirectX;
Wintellect.PowerCollections;
YourCompany.Drawing;
