HI,
i want to call a hook function to a particular window . when the window is activated then hook function must be called. If the window is disabled then we have to unhook the keyboard.

hello folks!
I'm new in c++ and I'm trying to write a c++ jpeg edge detector for linux, but I have some problems with the pixel matrix that I must use to apply the prewitt mask...
can somebody help me? how can I get one pixel grey level? how can I copy this to a matrix?

Hello,
Can I use the Windows Image Acquisition automation layer with MC++? I have looked for an answer everywhere, but could not find one. If the answer is yes, does anyone know of any good tutorials for MC++ and WIA?

I am just starting to learn C++ and I need help with line code that will produce an animated bitmap. I've tried several tutorials from this website and none of them would even compile. I'm using the free BloodShed Dev-C++ Version 4.9.9.0 that I downloaded from www.download.com

Does BLOODSHED support MFC. 
I think only SDK is supported by Blood.

I have loaded image (DDB) using GDI funcs and ZOOMING in and out using stretchblt funcn with memory as source and window screen as destination. while zooming in i am invalidating the screen area with third param set as false and hence able to achieve flicker free image but how to do low flicker (if possible no flicker ) for zoom out.
also please tell me if i can directly write on to the vdu buffer and freeze the client area until the write on buffer is complete

I use VS NET 2003 and loading windows form app for debugging is so slow compared to just fo example VC++ MFC apps, moreover if you while debugging and single steping thru the code inadvertantly point mouse pointer to Form->Text to find out what's the caption it hangs itself down completely?

Yes it is Slow. In Visual Studio 2005 is a lot faster.

So in VS2005 it is loaded as faster as normal mfc projects in VS2003?

I have old computer, so i don't know if it is that fast, but comparet MC++ built by VS2003 and VS2005. When i try to run in debugging VS2003 took me about 30 sec, in VS2005 took me abaout 2-6 sec.
If you only try to run, then you can press CTRL+F5

I know in Visual Studio 2005 there are some language alterations for c++..

Use the array template (or generic, I don't know) class.
array<byte> ^buffer = gcnew array<byte>();

OK, I have been developing an interface for editing records in our database.
I want to set it up as a control that I can use in other applications I
build. I am using databinding to tie the fields to my controls, such as
labels and textboxes.
I can create a solution for a stand alone application that runs like I want,
but whenever I create a solution for a control, then none of my data shows
up. I have tried making C++ controls (the language I am familiar with) and
VB and even C#. I get the same result: The interface compiles and displays
as designed, but no data.
When I add the control to the toolbox, I get the control plus a dataset and
adapter, but no databinding control.

Can anyone point me to any articles regarding creating user controls in managed C++? I am interested in reading about how to "subclass" the controls in C++ .NET so they have custom appearance/behavior. I've tried googling but either there is very little out there or I am googling the wrong keywords.
