Yes you can. If you are using .NET 2.0, you can use the inbuilt WebBrowser Control. If you're using .NET 1.1 or .NET 1.0, you can use the WebbrowserEx Control.

code is :-
Private Sub CboUom(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs)
Try
Dim cbo As New ComboBox
cbo = CType(sender, ComboBox)
dgrdItems.Item(dgrdItems.CurrentCell.RowNumber, dgrdItems.CurrentCell.ColumnNumber) = cbo.Text
dgrdItems.Item(dgrdItems.CurrentCell.RowNumber, dgrdItems.CurrentCell.ColumnNumber + 1) = CInt(cbo.SelectedValue.ToString)
Catch ex As Exception
clsXmlMessages.ShowError(ex.Message)
End Try
End Sub

No code at all.
In the combobox properties, the DropDownStyle is probably set to "DropDown". Change it to "DropDownList".

OK, but at which line does it fail, what is the error displayed (if any) and what are the parameters to the function/sub that failed?
Have you run this in debug mode (single step) and inspected the parameters to the calls line-by-line? If so, what did you find?

Huh? Are you using VB6, VB.NET or something else?
You cannot compile a VB program with a C compiler and visa versa.
The error you have shown here is a compiler (i.e. make file) error and not a runtime error from the program.

this is not a compiler error , because when i run same thing through my vb project, whose build condition is debug mode it run make file very well , but it fail through exe

You are not listening to what I'm saying. Have a look back over my replies and provide the requested information otherwise I cannot help you.
The error message is not from your compiled program - it is from the MAKE process. I respectfully suggest that what you think you are running as your compiled EXE is not really your compiled EXE.
Check, double check, then double check again.

You haven't by chance named your compiled program something like "MAKE.EXE" or some variant?
Possibly a program of the same name already exists on your target PC and is being selected for execution instead of your own?

Right... if you'd said this in the first place then we'd have solved it a bit quicker. Moral of the story is: give as much _accurate_ information in the first instance so we don't waste time.
Also I can see that in your code you provided (thanks) not all of it is included so some referenced functions are not available to me for diagnosis.
The problem most likely arises because the path you are giving the program is possibly not fully qualified or that the current working directory of the program is not what it is expecting. When you run in debug mode the application's path is basically the project folder on your C: (or D: or E: whatever..) drive.
Why don't you add some message boxes to your code to display the command being executed at runtime so that you can see whether or not the makefile command is constructed properly (i.e. it has the correct parameters).
Try running that command manually from a command prompt - do the CHDIR() etc... as the program would on your development machine and see what the differences are if any.

hi i am really sorry for not sending the proper info, there is no way to attachment, at least i don't know, this is very first time i am on forum.
now,
when i manually use command prompt , go in that perticular directory where my make file reside with the c files to be compiled everything work properly.
now my vb project (with build condition as debug) is at "d:", that time also i am able to go at c:\test folder & able to run make file properly.
here while i use my installed program it doen't work properly.
So while to build setup do i have to take different precaution if yes then plz help me.
the code i have sent you. do it work at your ent or not.
i must thank you , for your trials, to slove my problem
