This would be an interesting stat in terms of 30,000 members / 10,000 logged in, but i doubt showing an itemized list would be that useful; i doubt most people log off that often.

This is easy using the session object but since we run multiple servers it's a bit of extra work to combine the figures (not difficult, just an extra SQL query each time a session starts and stops).

It would be interesting, but for the moment I'd rather work on building the new site and speeding things up.

On a whim i changed my newsletter settings to HTML over the past week, only to find today that Yahoo! Mail refuses to open the email Frown | :(

So i changed my settings back to text, but i still wanted to see the newsletter; i checked the archives, but the most current one is 3/25 Cry | :((

Stop using Yahoo for one thing.
They have made their POP and Forwarding options a paid service.
They have changed their terms of service.
And they say everything else will slowly be maid paid

sigh i probably will, but it will take me quite some time to migrate everything to a different account. I've become spoiled by being able to use the same account between home, work, and whereever. And so many other web-based email accounts have disappeared over time, i'm scared i'll get everything moved over just to be cut off suddenly.

My dad did as well. For the longest time he wanted me to switch over to Yahoo so I didn't have to change my e-mail address again. Now he's doing it :-P

At least I've got my own domain now so as long as I have a provider who does e-mail I'll have my e-mail address Big Grin | :-D

If you own your own domain name you can get some cheap hosting from 3-95.com includes e-mail and dns for $3.95 (USD) a month.

I have the same problem too. I have been using Yahoo POP happily [more than 1 account] as well as Yahoo mail forwarding [at least 5 forwards]

Now it's all got disrupted
