The selected item was always being highlighted.
It is possible to make it not be highlighted?

Override the CBN_SELCHANGE, use SetFocus to set the focus on the other control.

After the SelchangeCombox(), I use the GetCurSel and then SetCurSel it again.
Is there anything wrong?
Please help!

When I select item in the combox control, the item will be highlighted.
How to solve this problem?
Set its type as Droplist instead of Dropdown
and one more problem for us is clearly specify your problem .
Knock out 't' from can't,
You can if you think you can

Add the handler for CBN_SELCHANGE of the your combo box
in that handler set the focus to other child window .
this will definatly solve your problem.

ICopyHook::CopyCallback works for folders. I need to know how to determine whether a file is about to be deleted, copied, moved, etc, so that it may be stopped if so desired. Any article / API, Reference.

Whats wrong with the following, actually my VC++ application is not calling ActiveX method it says "Object Reference Error", i can able to compile successfully.
brFileContent->Read (abData,0,2); //brFileContent is Binary Reader
Byte *pbManagedData = &(abData[0]); // Get starting point of Array (I can able to see Data and address here
axSimpleAdditionAtx1 ->FinalBy (pbManagedData); // Calling Activex
Method signature in ActiveX which is not getting called..
void VRMControl::FinalBy (BYTE* ByteValue, LONG Length) // Prototype
{
}

You have to make sure if System::Byte the same as BYTE ...

Hi,
i have a variable str in which i have file name with complete folder path
char str[100];
---
-----
--------code
---
final str will have a value C:/folder/folder/file.txt
then i have used
ShellExecute(NULL, "open", "str" ,NULL, NULL, SW_SHOWNORMAL);
but this statment has no effect its not opening the file.
i checked with example
ShellExecute(NULL, "open", "D:/folder/folder/file.txt" ,NULL, NULL, SW_SHOWNORMAL);
this code opens the file,can any one tell why the file is not opening in the first case...
do we have to convert char array to CString then pass it to ShellExecute ???
Regards,
Vinay Charan.
