HI,
I have an applicaiton in which I have a tree view consistng of certain values. Now when I right click on the node I should be in a position to edit the text there itself. Similar to the windows explorer where we have a names of the files in the directories where we can right click on the file/directory and change the name.
I tried using the labeledit property but it s not working.

I'm trying to get the group in which a user is sitting. I searched and found an artikle here. Converted it from c# to VB.NET and made some changes.
This is the code:

After some tests, i noticed that the code in the If condition never gets executed. So in other words, the property memberOf is not available.
What can i do to get it available?

This time you will get it, i am allowing to do the process only for authorized users , probably you can hard code the same r you can leave the parameters blank. but make sure that you have mentioned the .com extension for your domain name which is very important

You add the parameter as ByRef instead as ByVal. ByVal passes tha parameter as a copy of the input value. ByRef passes the object reference i.e. you are modifying the exactly same object/variable.

Example :-

Use it like so...

Hi,
I have an Main.vb(MDI container) form as a parent in that im loading another form Launch.vb in the page load of main.vb. In the button click ok launch.vb form i should display a form called change.vb.
So in the button click event of launch.vb form i have created an instance of the change.vb form and im showing the form. But when i assigned the top and left of the form its not taking.
If i assign the CAEditor.MDIParent = Me, its giving error, because Launch is not an MDI Container.
The code written in the Launch.vb form button click event. Its working fine but the top and left locations are not taking. and its showing the form in different location.
