But the link of sample application that you give me just now only can use for barcode font Code 3 of 9 and can't support Code 128..
I'm searching solution for barcode font Code 128.

I see no sign of that. where have you looked ? Did you try google ? Did you search this site ? There are plenty of other barcode articles here, although that was the first one I saw in VB, plenty are in C#.

yup, i also go through all VB.NET about barcode in CodeProject. Non of them are using barcode font 128...
So i can't apply those sample code in my application. I had try google, but still haven't found any solution for my problem

Try Fontware. I have used them in the past for barcode solutions, including EAN128.

Hi there,
I'm using Vb 6.0 & MS access.(database connection using adodc)
I trying to use Login userid and password.
I already created the table in MS access and Forms in vb 6.0. Now i want to connect to database and as well as check the userid & password in the database. once the userid & password correct then the program will allow the user to proceed otherwise can't proceed.
pls help me to get some sample programs.

Hey, i am writing a program that downloads a web document and shows it in a richtextbox, in my case the code for a html web page. so far i have go the code to load into a richtextbox with an internet traffic control, but i need all the hyperlinks to be listed in another richtextbox, treeview , or something else.
any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Hi,
I have to write a program that uses a webcam to capture an image of a barcode, then translate it to numbers then search these numbers in a database and update the time that the barcode is imaged.
I'm not a profesional programmer, I think of some ways, but I think all of them lacks something, my biggest problem is I can't find a way to capture & import the image from webcam to my program, can anyone please help me with a code or someway that I can do this task, & I think I saw a barcode translation code somewhere, can anyone please help me with it, tell me if there is any SDKs or codes that do this thing.
I'm totally out of ideas, so if someone can be so kind & give me any ideas I would be very thankful, I use VB.net for writing my code.

Only in the VB.NET forum....
There is an article on reading barcodes on CP, I thought, in C#. You can use DirectShow to get the video from the webcam, there are CP articles on this, also. Either way, I would not have thought a web cam was the ideal device for reading barcodes. Tell your boss to buy a barcode scanner, they deliver the barcode as a number to your code, and they don't cost that much.

Hi there,
I have a bit of a stupid question but I just dont know how to solve it, so here goes:
I am currently busy with an application that uses tree view to traverse between screens, and at the moment I have a form for each screen.
Only the panel part of the screen changes when the user navigates so I want to change my solution to refresh the panel with the appropriate one when the user navigates.
How would I go about doing this?

Yes you need to write out HTML and don't forget to set the body format to HTML. Then use a div tag or table tag and set the style property.

If I click on the new row in my DataGrid, I can see that I have a new row
with cells with NULL values. But if I Tab to the new row the same thing
doesn't happen, it seems like it isn't a new row. And I want the to be able
to Tab to a new row. Can I raiseevent to event myGrid_Click so the same
thing happens as if a user clicks the new row. If I can do so, please tell
me how if I can't please tell me what to do instead. I have tried to change
the CurrentCell in the method Positionchanged for CurrencyManager, and than
I can Tab to the new row, but when I use Tab again I go back to the row
earlier.

m developing a Searching project in VB.NET 2003.
I want that after installing this project on machine, when user click the program to run, first It should ask for the Installation CD Then run the project, like it happens in Game CDs. I want to do this for the Piracy reasons. How can I do this, Kindly help me

new here and need some help
i did not learn vb but i need to code a project wif vb @_@
i set a button to start the validation of a textbox input of something to match a field from database, did a If and else for different situations when user input nothing or invalid stuff.
so, after that
how do i retrieve the data from the database and display the info in textbox in the windows form?
