I am trying to do this steps but i am not able to see the "new ATL object in my project,can anybody help me what went wrong.....
Insert > New ATL Object > Data Access > Consumer. It will ask you for a data source, select the data source which you have made with ODBC.

What you want to say. There is no menu "New ATL object". Which version of VS you are using ?

vc6 and that is not present there

Right click on project in solution window and select Add Class>then select ALT OLEDC Consumer

no still it is there..do i need to start my project with ATL wizard then only i can get the atl wizrad and class ..i am still confuse for this...pls help me..vc++ is all new to me..

I got error,
compiler limit : internal heap limit reached; use /Zm to specify a higher limit
I looked in msdn ididn't under wehere the /Zm Value to be set?
Plz Help me

From the MSDN:

Thanks for reply ,but it is not helped me.
I didn't found propety pages MSDEV,
I opened Settings then i clicked C/C++ tab, i didn't find Command line there .
and also i didn't find Additional Options box.
can u explain step by step?

When you right click on your project in (Solution explorer window)
you have a option Properties in the left of window you have a treecrl
in this control you have a folder C/C++ and in this folder last option is command Line
Right click on project->select Propertie->select C/C++->click on Command Line
did your problem solve?

Ya i got solved but i got another problem now, i,e
error C1014: too many include files depth = 1024,
how it can be solved
