As a follow-up, I finally checked out the FCKEditor (I couldn't check at work because most sites are locked down, except for microsoft), and it's looks promising. I added the .NET component to the project and it worked fine, so your answer is yes, it works.

hi,
i want to accomplish the requirement that,on a page starting from left there will be text but at the right corner i want image .
Thge text will be entered by the user at run time.
Can i use the panel and text box but i'm unable to obtain reqired result .Pls suggest some proper solution.

I barely have an idea what your problem seems to be .. but let me suggest something very simple and see..
Isn't it better to split the page up using a table and align each one appropriately? like this :
<table><br />
<br />
<tr><br />
<br />
<td align="Left"><br />
<br />
TEXTBOXES and other dynamic controls<br />
<br />
</td><br />
<br />
<td align="Right"><br />
<br />
IMAGES, etc..<br />
<br />
</td><br />
<br />
</tr><br />

</table>
This solution seems too easy. I have dont know if this is the solution you are looking for..

According to this, you can use the table structure to show the textbox for entering the text and image for display.
you can use the multiline textbox for getting the user input.

hi guys
i have one insert query in which i am selecting values from another table and then insert it in first table
Query is like this.
usergroup(userid,groupid)
group(groupid,groupname,owner)
i have values of userid and groupname when i am inserting new group. So i have to also insert values in usergroup table because owner is also member of group.
insert into usergroup(userid,groupid) values
(userid,select groupid from group where groupname="temp"))
it is not working so if anyone knows how to do it please help me out

Use a select in the insert. Example:
insert into Table2 (SomeField, AnotherField)<br />

hi, today i ahave a new doubt.
i have created a datagrid and added radio button in the grid. i have used the following code

You have to use the groupname property of the radio button to achieve that task.

i have alreday tried it out. but doesn't work. then i have tried to give some id to the radio button like
e.item.index=i in the datagrid1_itemcreated event.
first time it works but when i click any button any more time it gives the error . please help me.

you can also add the javascript with the radio buttons in the datagrid.
when any radiobutton checked just check all the rows / items of the datagrid in a loop and deselect other radiobuttons.
