Hi,
I'm using an embedded usercontrol in a web form to be able to drag files from the windows explorer. I handel the dragdrop event with the following code
private void UserControl1_DragDrop(object sender, System.Windows.Forms.DragEventArgs e)
{
string[] files = (string[])e.Data.GetData( DataFormats.FileDrop, true );
foreach( string file in files )
{
// do something
}
}
The problem is that theres always just one file. If i use the control on a ordinary windows form i get all the files i drag onto the control.
I'm thankful for any advice.

Hi,
Can any one help me in changing the attribute value of a property outside the class .
eg
class First
{
[readonly(true)]
Class1 {get{return child;}set{child =value;}}
}
class Second
{
(change class1 readonly value)
}
for this eg if property Class1 has readonly attribute can i change that value in class second .
Thank you

How can u change its value and it is a READONLY???>>>
Its type is a READONLY and in english words read only means only for reading not for changing

readonly value change means
[readonly(true)]or[readonly(false)]
Here True or flase is the value.
|
|
|
|
|
create object of class first
first f = new first();
f.readonly = true;(according to your need)
if you want to access it without making its object then make it static
or use delegates
It is Good to be Important but!
it is more Important to be Good

The attribute determines how the code is compiled. You can't change that at run time.

Hi, Dear Respected Programmers
Kindly help me and convert following VB-commands into C# language.
Thank you
Screen.MousePointer = vbHourglass
Screen.MousePointer = vbDefault
|
|
|
|
|
this.Cursor = Cursors.WaitCursor; should get you the hourglass

In .NET 2.0 you could simply use the Control.UseWaitCursor property. Otherwise take a look at the Cursor class.

Good Morning.
Can anyone tell me whether there is an equivalent to CSS on Windows forms.
If want to be able to set the size, background colour and default font for a series of panels for my project.
Currently I have been setting these for each new panel.
Thanks
Mike

No there isn't.
If you want to set properties for a group of controls simply select them one by one while pressing Ctrl and then set the properties. If you want to create a new one with the same properties simply copy an existing control.

Sylvain Blanchard wrote this control which should do what you want:

Arthur Dent - "That would explain it. All my life I've had this strange feeling that there's something big and sinister going on in the world."
Slartibartfast - "No. That's perfectly normal paranoia. Everybody in the universe gets that."
Deja View - the feeling that you've seen this post before.

when we draw a line using grahics object,against button
& when i refresh that window,the line disappears
so i want to ask ,which method is used to permanent draw line
|
|
|
|
|
sure it will disappear when u use the refresh method cz the refresh methode returns the form to its original view and dispose all its resources as if you are creating a new instance of that form. I am trying to figure out the solution for ur problem but i am not able to do so until now.

ok do one thing make one class level bool variable like
private bool _drwaLineFlag=false;
now on button click make it true(drwaLineFlag=true; ) and call the paint method this.Paint(); . and and in Paint Method put a condition against the _drwaLineFlag
