You can see @ Page directive[^], and for more information see the compilation model in MSDN.

|
|
|

The Src attribute is not supported in Visual Studio. If you import a Web Forms page into Visual Studio that contains the Src attribute, the designer will raise an error.

you should use the following way
add attributes on the delete button as
<br />
btndelete.attributes.add("onCLick","window.confirm('are You Sure to delete');")<br />
when user clicks 'Yes' it will proceed furthor otherwise it wont proceed on pressing 'No'

Hi there,
AFAIK, you cannot change these values, your chance is to use third party controls like Telerik's one or some posted here at CP.

The only configuration you need to do is to install the SMTP server.
To use your own SMTP server your ISP has to allow it, of course. Some ISPs only allow sending mail through their SMTP server, to prevent spamming.

What do you mean? What happened when you tried? Did you get any error message?
karanji wrote: How to use username and password in my code?
If you are using the local SMTP server you don't have to supply any username and password, IIRC.

Dear Friends,
I am using VS 2005 and ASP.NET 2.0. I've a form in which there is a DataGridView and a button. There is an ID column shown in the datagridview, which is of no importance to the user, so i've hide it.
Now what i want is that whenever user clicks a cell in a row of datagrid, i get the value of ID column of that row. I dont want to do a post back, instead i want to get the ID value at the client end using Javascript or so.
How can i determine the value of hidden coumn of datagridview at client end.

I am having an intermittent server error occur, that is becoming extremely annoying. Obviously, I've googled this, but I can't find anything that resolves the issue permanently. Some of the things I have tried include:- Restarting IIS ('iisrestart' command).
- Terminating the aspnet_wp process.
- Ensuring that the Indexing Service is not running.
- Deleting all the files and folders under C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v1.1.4322/Temporary ASP.NET Files/photogallery/
- Deleting all files from C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\PhotoGallery\bin
One or more of these 'solutions' will temporarily fix the issue, but it will always come back, sometimes immediately and sometimes after half an hour or more. I don't believe it is a permissions issue, or it would not work at all...
There must be someone out there who can solve this, once and for all!
A copy of the error follows:
Server Error in '/PhotoGallery' Application.

You might try to copy the assembly PhotoGallery.dll from the bin to the temp folder C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v1.1.4322/Temporary ASP.NET Files/photogallery/419f933f/edac69a7/ whenever you have the error. I know that this error only occurs with the ASP.NET 1.1, it is related to the way the CLR locates the assemblies at runtime.
