Now I'm getting the followign error after changing some IIS settings:

I am a PHP developer just starting out with ASP.NET, still a novice.

Days in PHP were good, this stupid ASP sucks anyways. PHP was much
better and much easier, and equally powerful, if not more.

register a dll? Ever heard of the oracle joke? here goes:

There were different jokes of how you can shoot yourself in the
leg with different languages. The oracle version is as follows:

The menus for coding foot_shooting have not been implemented yet, and you can't do foot_shooting in SQL.

And the asp version is as follows:

I didn't sense any hostility. He answered your question. Your DLL has not been registered on the server. Thus, it cannot create an instance of that class because it doesn't exist.

Sorry Guffa, being bogged down with the same problem for two days
really got into me. Really didn't mean to be that rude. (but hey,
teh jokes weren't that bad, were they? Wink | ;)

The problem is fixed. Copied the dll and registered it on the new
server. And it works like a charm.

I am using two grids in my program.Here is the code on page load and buttonevent.
My problem is ,ican display ccode,cname in the first grid,and by selecting ccode with checkboxes from first grid,

even i have set the debug="false";

It appears 'App_Web_spz_qkdk.dll' is missing in the bin folder of your website...

Maybe you've removed a dll of a seperate component from you're bin folder or something from a diffrent web project... numerous of reasons to find...

Is the web folder's application set? Is it using the correct .NET version?

Hi i have two radiobtns namely CCRadiobtn and PORadiobtn,also two panels one for CCPanel another for POPanel.
default is CCRadiobtn is checked so its corresponding Panel is enabled.
if i click PORadiobtn, then it is disabling the CCPanel and Enabling the POPanel.
Next time if i will check CCRadiobtn it is not enabling the CCPanel and not disabling the POPanel.
i.e postback event is not fired.
i given autopostback="true" for both the radiobtns

can any body give the solution for this.
