Use the
PathFileExists()</code> function. Click here[^] to read about this function on msdn (with example)

but in my case, I have to search a file from the path..
in your example...path is fixed..like " C:\\TEST\\file.txt" but in my case first of all ,it will search in test folder and then if it will found then return path of the file..

Thanks, I know it.
See this[^] post of that guy. He specified a file name and then a path too! That's the reason for me to have suggested him this particular function.

DEMO80D E:\blabla\webdoku\
DEMO60E D:\Progsample\WebDoku\
WT1 \\rekafs\Projekte_USB\myfolder\9_WebDoku\
WT2 \\rekafs\Projekte_USB\myfolder\9_WebDoku\
Each section having own "wg_ll.txt" file..
for exapmple...If i will seclect DEMO70E then it will open WG_LL.txt file of that section (DEMO70E)...
Can u tell me how i can find WG_LL.txt file??..I know its somewhere D:\Progsample\ProdV70E\ProdMast\ in this path but dont know exact location.I also want path of that file.

// Load the bitmap from Computer (orignal res is 400x 200 )
bmp.DeleteObject();
bmp.Attach(::LoadImage(AfxGetInstanceHandle(),_T("D:\\test.bmp"),IMAGE_BITMAP,0,0, LR_LOADFROMFILE));
// Create a compatible memory DC
memdc.CreateCompatibleDC( &dc );
// Select the bitmap into the DC
poldbmp = memdc.SelectObject( &bmp );
// Copy (BitBlt) bitmap from memory DC to screen DC
dc.BitBlt( 0, 0, 57, 75, &memdc, 0, 0, SRCCOPY );
memdc.SelectObject( poldbmp );
now problem is i want that new DIMENSIONED BITMAP to copy in the CBimap or HBITMAP object . plz plz plzz help me on this .

|
|

look after using this code i show in my prob , i can draw the new dimensioned bitmap on the dialog , like i want to draw the 20x20 res. part of the image on the dialog . but i want the 20x20 res. part of image to transfer in the CBitmap or HBITMAP objectt.. thtz wht i want..or can u please tell me how can i do in other way...to get a difined dimensions of bitmap into a CBitap or HBITMA object.

You want draw a 20x20 of your image and save this section to a new bmp file,right?
|
|
|
|
|
yes , i want to draw a 20x20 part of 200x200 image and save it to another CBitmap or HBITMAP object , sumthing like i want to Crop the Image/.
|
|
|
|
|
I was tring to this.
You can create a dc bitmap then load your image with this dc,now you have your image on dc next step you want to split this image so create a another dc and bitmap(20x20) you must use of BitBlt for draw on the another dc.BitBlt(this hdc is second dc that you created for split,......,this dc has your image)
Now you have a bitmap(20x20) on second dc that it has bitmap then you can attach this handle to CImage class and save to a file(bmp/jpg...)

Something like:
int nHex = 0x12345;
char szBinary[64];
memset(szBinary, '0', sizeof(szBinary));
for (int x = 0; x < 32; x++)
{
if (nHex & 1)
szBinary[x] = '1';
nHex >>= 1;
}
strrev(szBinary);

you have to do that manually.. using recursive function!

Is there any TreeCtrl class that uses bitmap checkboxes and also retrives the checked items.Also if we click on the parent item the child items should also be retrived.
