Like Drowing Dynamic Bar Char, I could Not Fix Pixal range greater then 640 pixal so If there is grater value then 640 then how to divde this pixal with in certain Bitmap size. I have trid it with chart.scale.interval = 6; but i cold solved it. plz if there is any idea then i will be appreced

It looks to me like you're using some sort of charting control. What is it ? What does your question mean ? you want to draw bigger charts ?

im required to develop and implement my own encryption and decryption algorithm.
the specification;
1)implementation language -the code should be written in ANSI standard c.
2)the code should be able to generate a key values from a user supplied a password and encrypt files using the keys.
plz help me on this think . iwill be greatfull.

It seems that someone has taken on a project that they don't know how to complete. And, to add insult to injury, they can't tell between C# and C ?
I'm sure if you tried google, you'd find heaps of examples.

Hello,
I have a little test application that can plug-in in our main application.
if the main application is open, it uses this object else it starts the main application.
Now I made a service that checks certain "packets" (as we call them) and calls my test application if a certain packet was received.
Instead however, of using the existing open main application, the test application starts a new instance of it. I guess it has to do something with the process being in a different session or space or something (because of being started from a service)?
(so the service calls the test application which in it's turn tries to plug-in into the main application)
Is there a way to "connect" to the existing application? I was searching into the Thread and Process classes, but couldn't find anything useful.
Can anybody help me?

GetProcessById() returns a Process component, given the identifier of a process on the local computer (as parameter).

"Process" refers to only one process! How could you refer two different processes with only one reference at a time ?!?

the problem lies in the fact that when called in a service, the test application can't see the application running. Sure I can get the Process object of the main app. What I actually need is to tell my test application that it needs to run in the same context or space (or whatever it might be called.)
Somehow there is a 'difference' when the test app is run normally or called via the service.
Sorry if I wasn't clear before, it's a complex problem.

To 'plug-in' to our main application, we use a dll that will call CreateObject after which we can use some functions to manipulate our main app. CreateObject will start a new application if it wasn't already running but will use the running application if it was (already running).
This works and has been tested in many of our applications.
Know we have to manipulate our application when a "packet" is arrived. (it's a message with some data attached). I'm able to discover this packet, analyze it and call a Process.Start("MyTestApp.exe", "myargument"); (this is done by the service)
For some reason, the testapp manipulates the main app correctly when called as exe, but calls up a new instance when run from the service...
hence the testapp doesn't "see" the main app running.
(PS: yep I've tried a GetObject too, but somehow that crashes.)

If your app is a Windows Forms app, which actually supports only the single-thread apartment (STA) model, you must ensure that the thread handling the events, and the thread that created the Windows Forms control you want to update (or to be aware of something out there) coincide. This is not necessarily true by default and can lead to anomalies or even exceptions.
Another point would be for you to check if the arguments are passed correctly (maybe you need there a full path for some filenames passed as arguments).
Maybe this helped you a little bit.

I was looking into something like this but couldn't find it.
main app is VC6.0, the service and the testapp .Net 2.0.
Reading this my guess is I should look into the apartment state or something? Well at least it's a start (I had no clue at where to start looking)
