Seeing as you've already had one post explaining how stupid your "question" was, I'll succumb and provide the answer: Google![^]

Hi
I developed a mobile application in c# for windows ce. Everytime the mobile device's batery is totally flat, it removes the application from the device and I have re-install it again (quite irritating). Now I've modified the registry with the following:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LXE\Persist\MyApp]
"Installed"=dword:00000001
"PCMCIA"=dword:00000000
"Delay"=dword:00000000
"FileName"="\System\MyApp.CAB
"FileCheck"="ALWAYSEXEC"
"Order"=dword:00000062
This automatically installs the application once the device enters windows (great). The problem now is when I remove the application manually from "Remove Programs", it doesn't only remove my application but it removes all the applications that are installed (except windows ce).
Is there something else I can do or make a change to my registry?
Thanks,
Dylan

Hi,
I am inspecting an assembly that has a form, and this form has some controls that are inherited from a BaseForm class.
Using GetFields I get to know its controls. However, the inherited controls do not show. I have set BindingFlags as follows:
BindingFlags flags = BindingFlags.Instance | BindingFlags.NonPublic;
Am I missing something, any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Try BindingFlags.FlattenHierarchy as well. Otherwise, I guess you'd have to get the fields on the base type(s) as well -- Type.BaseType

Hi all,
I'm using a Forms.DomainUpDown to let the user scroll through a large amount of items. Is there a way to change the number of items skipped when the mouse-wheel is scrolled?

Hello,
Normaly the correct usage of anchor and dock property from the controls should solve this problem.
May you can give a more detailed example.

Hi,
When you set the size for each and every control, give in terms of percentage(%) instead of giving the exact size

Hi all,
I have a peculiar problem in my application.
I have developed a .net windows application that interacts with a third party dll named Ltws32.dll to connect to the database HP9000 and fetch data.
I have been working with it since 3 months.
Application is completely developed and pakaged also.
Now, the first time i try to fetch data, the connection is aborting .
From the second attempt it is working fine.
This happens only the first time when the application is launched.
Another strange behavior is ,it happens only if i compile the application in release mode.In debug mode its working fine.
The connection to the database is getting established but when i try to send data to the open connection ,it fails.
What can be the reason?
Thanks.

Yes, it is possible. If you have two forms in the same application then on the button click event of form 2 u can write the code like
Form frm = new Form1("Hello") // Define overloaded constructor for Form1.
frm.ShowDialog();
In form1, simply do like
public Form1(string msg)
{
this.str = msg;
}
txtBox1.Text = this.str;
