Thanks Deepak
I tried like this...
<br />
function buttonClick()<br />
{<br />
if ((window.event.which == 13) || (window.event.keyCode == 13)) <br />
{<br />
document.getElementById('btnDisplay').click();<br />
return true;<br />
} <br />
else <br />
return false;<br />
}<br />
And in Code behind, i tried as
<br />
HtmlForm form1 = (HtmlForm)Page.FindControl("Form1");<br />
form1.Attributes.Add("onkeydown","javascript:buttonClick()");<br />
Is this correct ?
In which event actually i need to call the Javascript?
Please help me!

You can check by sending a validation email to which the user has to click and confirm. Then you can change the state to 'Active'.
There are some email validation components like ones from Hexillion however not all email servers support the commands used by it.
|
|
|
|
|
u can validate the email by regular expession validation

ok sir.. but i want to check the id is in that mailserver database..

You can't do that. If you could, we'd all get a lot more spam

True. That is why VRFY and EXPN commands are disabled by most of the SMTP implementations now.

You can pages not to be cached or expiring.

sir if i work and logout my mail.. and go.. if any one use back button means the pages which i seen are not visible to them...
thank you..
|
|

You might not be able to control the visibility of the pages since it is client web browser which has absolute control. However, the following can be taken as workarounds:
1) Page Expiry
2) Application in PopWindow so that you can close the PopWindow after logout.

Lot of reasons. A few of them -->
1. NTFS permissions.
2. ReadOnly file.
3. File already open.

I saw this error in case when i tried to use document.write("<div>...</div>") at the time of page loading in <script></script> block in content of real HTML tag - if your page does it in the same manner - try to refactor your functionality - for example, it can be done in body.onload .

Sorry, this is not my case. The error will just appear while browsing in my web application.

|

Did you try with FireFox? That would catch the error and display in the console.
