Don't do it. If you try and mess with the user's browser by disabling it's functionality you will end up annoying your users. Plus, there are really easy ways to get around whatever solution you come up with.

Hello
I created a web-page. There is a table, where hyper links are (in one cell) side by side and top of one another. I have made hyper links look like small boxes. IE shows them as shown in visual studio, but Firefox shows then very close together and smaller than in visual studio. In Firefox bottom edge of hyper link is little bit on the below one. Firefox cut the hyper link "box" after text part but IE shows them as width is set in properties. How to fix the layout (spacing between hyper links) and hyper link box size?

You are relying on a bug in Internet Explorer, that's why it doesn't look the same in Firefox.
You can't specify a size for elements that isn't block elements, except in Internet Explorer which ignores this rule.
If you want to line up the links as boxes, use float:left to make them float after each other. Elements that float are block elements, so you can specify the size of them. Alternatively, you can skip specifying the size and the elements will resize themselves after the size of the text of the link, but they are still block elements.

What do I need to write "behind" the normal button to make it work same way as hyper link when clicked? Hyper link opens a new page that is addressed in hyper link so how to make button work same way?

Then I either totally misunderstand what you are trying to do, or you didn't use it correctly.
Try something like this:

Hi All,
I have making a installler which upload the file from local system to server.
In this,if I have to copy say 40,000 images .
If it was not able to copy all file it get rollback and then copy from first file .
I want to do,if it is not able to copy or stop at ant certain point ,then I want to copy the next file not to roll back and copy right from start.
please suggest some way

I think one way could be that you store the complete table in viewstate and delete it and rebind it from there (viewstate) only.

For this, you need to know 3 things.
1. How to read a text file.
2. How to replace a string with a new string
3. How to write a text file.
Steps: 1. Read text file and get all the content in a string variable let's say str.
2. Replace the specific text from the string's value, so that the string should represent the new data that you want in the textfile. You can use str = String.Replace("Old String","New String");
3. Write the string variable's value into the text file.

How to send /recieve mails in INtranet without using exchange server.
We are using SMTP server for sending mails. and how to recieve mail without POP3 account. Please note that this is just for local domain. Not for external (yahoo etc).
Please advice.

You cannot send or receive emails without a SMTP and POP3 server (well you can, but then you need to replace them with another protocol/server, such as IMAP).
You could get around not using your networks' exchange server by using other SMTP and POP3 servers, but you will need some servers somewhere where you can access from within your network.
