if you are sending code , just under the smilley row you can check a checkbox called Ignore HTML tags in this message (good for code snippets).
so you just check that
thanks

Is the Link Text and
Sebastian T Xavier wrote: http://mysite/activate.aspx
is your url
try this
declare a string in your .cs file
string StringToAdd;
and if you want to assign it to your URL at runtime
then
a href="http://mysite/activate.aspx<%=StringToAdd%">
So what you want to do ?
Thanks and Regards

It doesn't matter. it will work. Where will you assign this string to show that on page ? Literal or Label ?

Why not..
test = "<pre>Click the following link to <a href="http:
In the above code replace double quotes with single quotes in the <a href tag. That will work

Hello Everybody,
I m encrypting and decrypting the string.
When ever an string is encrypted and that encrypted value contains an '+' sign in it the it creates the following error(when it is online otherwise on local it is working fine )
Invalid length for a Base-64 char array.
it shows erroe in following line while decrypting :
byte[] toEncryptArray = Convert.FromBase64String(cipherString);
I am not able to understand why it is happing.

Base64 is not encryption, it's merely encoding.

That suggests that it's not at all the code that you are showing that is causing the problem, but how you transfer the string.
How are you sending the string? If you for example put it in a query string in an URL without properly URL encoding it, a + character would be interpreted as a space character when the string is URL decoded.

Hello Guffa ,
Thanks for replying me.
I m confused because it is working fine on local
And only creating error when it is online,
I m transfering the encrypted value along with the url,
Please explain me how to do properly URL encoding.

Use the Server.UrlEncode method on the value before you put it in the URL.

What does cipherString contains it should not containg string it should contain
s is composed of base 64 digits, white space characters, and trailing padding characters
The format of cipherString is invalid. s contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or a non-white space character among the padding characters.
Thanks and Regards
