Hi.
I have manage to plot sin(x) by calling gnuplot but the display of the graph is only for a split second. How do I make the graph show longer or continue displaying until the 'x' button (exit) is clicked?
The following are my codes:

*.a file are linux libraries or libraries for MinGW (as far as I know, but my knowledge there is a little bit limited). Which compiler are you using ? If you use one of the Visual studio IDE, you need to link to ws2_32.lib instead.

after complete a project,I am not careful to delete the Combo Box.
I place a new Combo Box before and modify the ID property which is same to
the deleted.
But after modified ,the Combo Box did not display the item.
(the project run on .NET)

Double-check the .h file that contains the control IDs. In the dialog class that owns the combobox, what does the message map look like? How are you adding items to the combobox?

It shouldn't be used anywhere. That's why IDC_COMBOBOXEX2 is defined.

It most cases, you don't need to (unless there are duplicate IDs for the same dialog).
How are you adding items to the control?

Hi,
I'm just confused. I am trying to implement video playback in a 2D-World using D3D. The best would be to have the video on a D3D-surface, so i chose VMR9 in renderless mode to do the dirty work :/. But i have come to a point where i'm just running against a wall: Although i'm doing quite the same as in the VMR9-Renderless sample, the program crashs while calling RenderFile(). Has anyone a working solution, which he could share?

Crashes where? How?
The VMR9 already draws by default to a Direct3D surface.
The IVMRSurfaceAllocatorNotify9 should help. See Supplying a Custom Allocator-Presenter for VMR-9[^]

Hi all,
Environment:
Windows Vista, Visual Studio 2005.
I have developed an application, which is related to file operations. In Standard User (Vista) - [In Program Files], if i programmatically Create/Delete/Move files or folders it's giving Access Denied error.
But if i do same operation manually, it asks for Administrative password. If we provide it, it will Create/Delete/Move files or folders.
Can i do this programmatically? (i.e providing Administrative password).
