Hello,
I want to use ASP.NET Membership controls (like createuserwizard component,login component,etc.) with my own database which is formed by MS SQL Server 2000. I am using C# programming language for that project. If somebody help me, I will be happy. Thank you very much.

Hello
Why don't you use Text type. Or store that in XML files.

All data bound containers can display data from any sort of list, such as an array or a List class instance.
But, it does not store data, it just provides a view into it.

How to create dynamically one label control...,
And how to assign value to that label...,

So now you want to create controls dynamically!
I would suggest you to place a panel in your form and in that panel you can bind your labels.
example:
Label label1 = new Label();
label1.ID = "your id"
label1.CssClass ="your class if available";
label1.Text = "label text"
Then you can add this label to your panel
panel1.Controls.Add(label1);

No yar i am not getting what i want...,
see after my query i am fetching records and displaying like this...,
If TypeOf (myDataSet.Tables(0).Rows(0)(0)) Is DBNull Then
lblid.Text = String.Empty
Else
lblid.Text = myDataSet.Tables(0).Rows(0)(0)
end if
In design time itself if i declare label then fields 0 place also want to show...,
thats y i think to change dynamic control create...,
If TypeOf (myDataSet.Tables(0).Rows(0)(0)) Is DBNull Then
'lblid.Text = String.Empty
Dim dynlabel1 As New Label
dynlabel1.Text = "No Id"
Else
Dim dynlabel1 As New Label
Dim dynlabel2 As New Label
dynlabel1.ID = "lbId"
dynlabel1.Text = "ID" & ":" & myDataSet.Tables(0).Rows(0)(0)
lblid.Text = myDataSet.Tables(0).Rows(0)(0)
Panel1.Controls.Add(dynlabel1)
End If
So each and every if condition i want to create dynamic label?,
No other way is there?,

Magi

hi Magh_M,
I am having same condition in my application .. my code is as shown below ..it's in c#..i converted DataTable to DataView .. so it is easy to customize..
for (int i = 0; i < questdv.Count; i++)
{
Label l1 = new Label();
l1.Text = questdv[i][columnname].ToString();
//if u want to check for null value u can use
//if(string.IsNullOrEmpty(questdv[i][columnname].ToString())
Panel1.Controls.Add(li);
}

Hi there,
I have a doubt reg the Datagrid which uses a CheckBox Column.
I have a Webform.In that I have 2 option buttons,1 Datagrid,1 Button.
The 2 option buttons are :
1)Employee_btn(When i select this,Datagrid will be filled with the Employee ID,Employee name along with the CheckBox Column).
2)Department_btn(When i select this,Datagrid will be filled with the Department_name)
1 Button is Submit_Btn
Now my requirement is I need to take the checked Items from the datagrid and store it in a char Array(For example,when I select 2 out of 3 department names I need to store the two department names in a string array.
How to do that??
Kindly help me as soon as possible.I need to finish this with in 3 days.
Thanks in advance.

'like the above code u can get the values from datagrid cells...,
Try

sqlCmd = New SqlCommand(strInsertproc, sqlconn)
