So long as google is the name of a html file, and so long as IE can work that out without the file extension being present.

C# reversed the code for me....now it says 'System.Diagnoatics.Process'
and recognises this.
After this i put....'.("C:");'
now it says.....Identifier expected and higlights the '('

Hello,
The compiler doesn't know which Process class you mean.
You could set a using statement at the top of your class (under "using System;"),
or use the full qualified name instead (System.Diagnostics.Process)

The most important thing to get started with MS Acces is getting the Connection String which can be found Here. My advice is to use OleDB JET for MS Access. Try this maybe it will help you.

Look on Google for examples of how to use the data-bound server controls e.g. GridView. It has select, sort and edit capabilities.
I don't think you're going to find any specific articles on managing FAQs. FAQs are just items of data that you would handle like any other.

Well - you could always download DotNetNuke and take a look at how it manages it.

hi;
i'v a 2 questions:
1- how can i set group policy (gpedit.msc) on my (or client) computer,
2- how i list my (or client) computer information (CPU + RAM usege, Disc space, Name etc..)
|
|
|
|
|
Hi,
1. I don't know exactly what you mean. But if you are meaning how to set the group policies to client computers than you can do that through the Active directory. Set the group policies (with caution) and assign them to the correct OU's and so long. If you don't have an active directory (read domain) than you need to set the policies per computer. (i thought there was a way to set it once ok on 1 computer, export these security settings and import them into the others)
2. This can be done by WMI , this is easy, but keep in mind that when you are polling windows XP/Vista machines you are stuck with the firewall. To solve this, you need to do the following:
a. Open Active Directory Users and Computers
b. Edit the Default Domain Policy
c. Go to Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Network/Network Connections/Windows Firewall/Domain Profile
d. Enable Allow remote administration exception for the localsubnet
e. Allow inbound echo request in Allow ICMP exceptions
f. Logon to you windows XP client (use a domain logon)
g. Refresh the policy (GPUpdate /force)
h. Test it

Although, your best bet with such a broad question, is to buy a book.
