Hi,
I am working in javascript within asp.net. but default.aspx web page using under content place holder. I know that i can't use body tag in content place holder. how call a javascript function in content place holder. How It's possible?

When you have to call the javscript function
you can write script tag in content placeholder Whats the problem in calling the javascript ?

I know that use a javascript in content place holder. but function will be call in body tab. body tag can not write in content place holder. if you know please help me detail. tanks.

My question is when you have to call that javscript function on load something like that ?
if you put that javascript in content placeholder and that content placeholder is in form then this javascript is going to call in page load
so better way is to register that javacript .cs file

Sorry,
The page is not postback on TextChange event but it fires the TextChange Event Routine When it is Postback by another event or submit.
so you have to manualy submit the form.

Hi All,
I have bit of a head scratcher, I have a LoginView control and in that loginView control I have a dropdownlist, to access the dropdownlist control in the code behind I know you have to do :
DropDownList ddl = (DropDownList)LoginView.FindControl("dropdownlist");
But how do I get the event for text changed of that dropdownlist control. I added it manually but when I try to run the app I get the message that the event is not accessible due to its protection level.
Any help will be appreciated.

my Question is some of the Controls are DISABLED MODE in TOOL BOX.
How can i ENABLE that controls.
That means suppose i want to Use EXCEL Controls along with Standard Controls. How can i use that EXCELControls in TOOL BOX. That EXCEL controls are DISABLED MODE. How can i ENABLE that Controls.

hi,
i have a table. and in that i have two rows(trs)
in first row i have two tds .In first td i have a textbox and in second td i have a button named "save"
In second row (tr) i have only one td ........this td consists of a button named "add new row"
if i click on the "add new row " button another row has to be generated dynamically with textbox and button like first row.
how can i do this using asp.net

Not sure what you are trying to ask, but I'm assuming you are wanting to create a table dynamically?? If so, have a look at my code that I used:
In .aspx file:
<asp:Table id="tblResults" BorderWidth="0" Width="100%" runat="server">
<asp:TableRow>
<asp:TableCell Width="30%"><b>Day</b></asp:TableCell>
<asp:TableCell Width="70%"><b>Daily Rate</b></asp:TableCell>
</asp:TableRow>
</asp:Table>
In a method:
TableRow row = new TableRow();
tblResults.Rows.Add(row);
TableCell cell1 = new TableCell();
TableCell cell2 = new TableCell();
cell1.Text = "Cell 1";
cell1.Width = Unit.Percentage(30);
row.Cells.Add(cell1);
cell2.Text = "Cell 2";
cell2.Width = Unit.Percentage(70);
row.Cells.Add(cell2);

How to prevent user enter the page directly after it's already log out?
In my Log Out page,I clear all Session but it didn't work.
For Log out page...
<br />
Session["Username"] = null;<br />
Session["Password"] = null;<br />
Session["Authentication"] = null;<br />
Session.Abandon();<br />
Response.Redirect("LogIn.aspx");<br />
After log out,it will redirect to LogIn.aspx,but it still can enter the main page directly such as "http://localhost/myweb/default.aspx"(Althrough it will check Session["Authentication"]==null before).
I want the page redirect automatically to LogIn.aspx but i still can browse default.aspx althrough i have loged it out already.
How to solve this problem?

There are many ways to do it how are you checking it try to debug your application and check what value that session variable have ?
also if session is null redirect user to login page check it in every page

Yes,I've already done it.I've check authentication Session variable in every Page_Load.
... Page_load(...)

if(Session["Authen"]==0)
Response.Redirect("LogIn.aspx");
}
But when is enter the main page directly as i told u before, it didn't enter even Page_Load -*-?
