The AutoPostBack property of your control is set to true, so after the selection it postbacks. Set it to false

Please don't call me dear. It's inappropriate. The term "dear" (used as a noun) is for referring to someone you love. It's also a formal way of addressing someone but it's always followed by the person's name ("Dear Fred"), or another noun ("dear friend") so in other words as an adjective.

Use Cascading Style Sheets. Or, are you talking about using .NET skins?

I do not know what u mean with .Net skins,
but what I want exactly is to put my controls where ever I want inside the form

You could either use tables (bad idea) or you could use CSS-P. I'd suggest that you start off by looking at Eric Meyer's[^] books and articles to get a good understanding of how CSS can be used to help you with positioning.

I think he's referring to the flow/grid layout that was available in VS2003. Not sure if it still is supported under VS2005

I'd recommend looking for a free javascript one, which will be so much nicer, and will do what you're describing.

There are tons of free controls on the web, you just need to google, choose one and integrate it in your project.

There is no such date format, you have to create it yourself.
Get the day of month using the Day property of the DateTime value. Use modulo 10 (% 10 or Mod 10) to get the last digit, and check if it's 1, 2, 3 or anything else to determine what to write after the number.
-- modified at 7:14 Thursday 25th October, 2007
You also have to check for values 11, 12 and 13.
