Sorry I am a little busy so I will write for you only the SQL Query

DataBases : Select * From SysDataBases

Tables : USE DatabaseName SELECT * FROM sysobjects WHERE type = 'u'

P.S
The 'u' in the Tables Query for the Tables that created by the user

C#/.Net/VS2005 - How can I write text onto the form of a webpage through the use of a windows form that I can write?

My idea is that I would like the text I write into my windows form to paste itself into the form of a browser window.

But I was thinking that this form could really shortcut a lot of the unnecessary actions of opening a browser and going to that particular page that has the form.

I am thinking that if I already know the address of that particular web page, that I could have the text on my form submitted directly to that forms server via a submit button on my form. My little form would save me the trouble of opening a browser to post to certain web page.

I am thinking that the web page would have a form id and that that would help to find the form for pasting this text into, err maybe I should say for using during the submittal so that the server knows where the text came from or where the text is suppose to be in the form for saving purposes.

Any explanation on how this can be done or ideas, links, would be appreciated.

Is there any reason why you want the page displayed in a browser at all? Why not just do a post request to the server with the data that the form would contain?

Take a look at the WebClient or HttpWebRequest classes.

That's what I was wondering. I would probably not even need to use a browser. I will take a look at what you have referenced and post back.

I see an address property for inputting the uri, but I don't see a post method.

Could you point out what the post method is called please.

The MSDN doesn't provide an example.

The default method for http is post, so you only have to do:

someStream = OpenWrite("http://nbc.com/formpage.aspx")

Then you write the form data in url encoded format (just like a query string looks like).

The id of the form is not part of the form data, it is never sent to the server.

I would guess that you have to create a PictureBox component that has such a thing, or maybe some kind of Paint method trick.

I guess you could obtain transparency through alpha blending. Check out this How to implement Alpha blending[^] article, maybe it helps.

Hi,
I am devoloping an Application in windows form that will search for files in a folder with .cs extension
i wrote the code by giving the path to the folder .
My application displays the path in a listbox ....but what i realy want to do is it should read a .cs file with many lines when user
selects it using a file open dialog.
is it possible to do that and display it in a listbox.
if it is possible can anybody give me the idea how i can do it.
this is where i am standing now....ie using the below written code it diaplays the path in the list box and message box but as i explained earlier thats not exactly what i want to do....

Are you trying to display the number of lines from within the FileOpenDialog? Or after the user selects the file and clicks Open?

That is pretty trivial then. Look at the syntax and semantics of C# and see what defines a line, and start counting them.
