Hi All,
Small Sugestion. CheckSum.Asm.zip was renamed to CheckSumAsm.zip without informing the author, which resulted in a File Not Found.
That's not nice...

In the artice submission wizard?
When you upload a file that may contain characters in itsfilename that could cause problems the submission wizard dsplays a clear warning next to the uploaded file explaining that it had been renamed and that you should adjust your references to that file in your HTML.
IF that didn't occur then letme know and I will fix.

I have seen a lot of people including snippets with the < code > tags insteads of < pre >.
For new people, and specially new non-english people, is quite easy to confuse making the messages more difficult/unconfortable to read.
What about a change of name?
Greetings.

I think you would have to suggest that to the appropriate standards committee. The pre and code tags are interpreted by the browser and are not a formatting instruction unique to codeproject.

i have been looking for a satisfactory resource about audio programming yet i couldn't find. there are lots of forums/sites on graphics, direct3d, opengl etc. but unfortunately there are none or very few on directsound, vst, asio and the possible link between vst and dotnet. for example i am using synthmaker to create vst files and i want to find a way to control these vst files within a vb.net program. even a way to use such vst dlls online via
an asp.net page. is audio programming really that uninteresting or are you already about to open a topic about this subject?

Yes, it's a classic Onion article. We thought it amusing enough to include in the Daily Insider.

Soon. Very soon.
But it won't be a new look. One day you will wake up and fine "x" after the URL.
