Yes, there's at least one article on here about reading CSV files.
Otherwise Split the line on commas and store each resultant string array.

hi.. i used expression blend to develop my project design.. so when i open the .xaml.cs to write the code.. i fail to connect to database..
before using blend.. i used to use the Visual studio's data binding wizards to connect to the database.. e.g. using databinding.. dataadapter in VS 'toolbox..
but when i use up the blend..i open the design .xaml.cs... to get to those dataadapter function in vs toolbox.. I FOUND NONE !!! why??
if like this how to create datbase?

eg. i created a textbox in blend.. then open .xaml.cs and then click on the design view .xaml ..
i add the database on the .xaml through add existing item.. added data source.. BUT I AM UNABLE TO BIND WITH THE TEXTBOX .. no wizards in the toolbox provide me that function ..
only i write in coding enables me to access to database? no wizards?

I have added a New item (class named class1.cs) with the same namespace.when I used the code below
"class1 s=new class1()"
the object can't be created
ERROR:error(class1.cs is inaccessible due to protection level)

I make a function and above that I write too many comment about it. like

When I enable the outlining then my code looks like...

+private function ABC(.....)[...]
I want the function should close but the comment not how to achive this...?

You would need to activate the XML commenting by using the triple slash /// instead of the comment double slash //

You would have to manually navigate to the comments and close their outlining.

Any other solution. Because same as every programmer I have Copy/paste power with me. And I am working in .NET so ctr+M, M automatically pressed after some time 
Actually It is in my habit.
Either I have to change my habit or you suggestion is help full.

Did you understand it as well? Using this permission you can make sure that only callers with a certain strong name signature can call your code. You'll have to sign all your assemblies with this strong name, so they are allowed to use the code.
Someone else doesn't have the same private/public key pair neccessary for signing, so it seems to be exactly what you want.

i am having one gridview in my application where i am displaying one linkbutton column in it. By clicking on the link some xxxx.wav will be downloaded and directly played in the media player.
