I got it too several times yesterday, dont worry, its probably just a dodgy server, just retry what you were attempting to do (maybe several times).

I got that error at the time that I was trying to reply this post[^]. I wrote the normal message only.. but I got the error and my message was lost..
I think that it might be concurrency issue.

When getting message reply notification from forums, it's showing HTML tags. I have chosen text format for email's. Looks like a bug

IIRC, There has been a deliberate policy to disallow indexing on the forums. I believe this is going to be changed in the future.

IMHO, at least the following should be having a rel=nofollow and noindex attributes:
1) Lounge
2) Soapbox
3) Severely voted down messages (like Abuse-reported) etc.
These would present a cold-welcome to crawlers otherwise. Isn't it?

When I copy text from other webpages/documents or URLs, and try to paste in the edit control where I am editing my post, it is not successfully pasted but gives me:
